She waste so much time in the diagnosis process that she does not even care to explain what she is doing and will be doing next steps and what options there are. on top of that, she is highly rude and does not understand the sensibility of patient or stress that patient is going. She just plain pathetically throws words at patient. Do not waste your time at this doctor or clinic. After speaking with one of my friend, i just drove 2 hours to famous clinic present in Gurnee il location. There they just took one month to diagnosis and options available to choose plus their support/speed follow up via email, calls etc. amazed me. At the end i had success with that gurnee IL clinic. So time is important in conceiving. Don't waste that time with this doctor. Do Not even think calling this doctor for advise or matter of fact any fertility clinic in madison. find better doctor in chicago or just drive to that famous clinic in Gurnee, IL. I have been seeing Dr. Broadwell for years and I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She is so nice and friendly all the time. She doesn't rush and answers all my questions without making me feel dumb for asking.

Very friendly and outgoing. Listened to my concerns and was great about explaining things.
