Didn’t even look at the areas of my concern...throat and ears

Dr Whittington saw me today as an add on patient with possible ear infection. He had experience with my mast cell disease, and looked at me as a whole patient. From his experience, he knew I was not well without having to ask for something to stabilize the mast cells aka my Oscar the Grouch! Tonight, I am feeling much more stable and feel blessed to have found a provider that understood my rare disease!!

Dr Whittington saw me as an add on patient today! I am a difficult patient with rare co-morbidities which makes treating me challenging! Dr. Whittington had prior experience with my mast cell disease which is rare. He listened and diagnosed the ear infection. Then, he took my whole appearance into consideration and he was open with suggestions that helped me feel much more stable this evening! I appreciated his quick understanding that I was not well, and what I needed without having to have him call to my primary care provider out of state! I am in VERY good hands in his care!! Thank you from my husband and I!!!!

He spends quality time with his patients and listens to them and is very thorough in his evaluation. He has a great personality and is very good with kids and adults.

Very compassionate and actually listens to what you are saying. Great to my entire family and goes out of his way to meet our needs.
