Very friendly, and was helpful. I had hoped they communicated with my retina doctor. Now I have to have another appointment. People are great.

Advanced Sight Center has always provided me with professional service. No long waits.

My visit was easy to schedule. This appointment was handled quickly and all of my questions were answered. All in all a good exam.

I brought my elderly mother to Dr. Ulrich for a cataract exam and consultation. He is an arrogant, rude and sarcastic individual. Behaved as if my mother was another head of cattle being herded through. His staff were not any better. I prefer to be taken care of by kind, compassionate and patient healthcare workers, not some guy who thinks he is god, and staff who treat you as just another faceless irritant interrupting their day. Especially so when caring for my elderly mother. Makes me sad that there are doctors and staff out there that behave this way. I am so happy to have my second eye cataract surgery this morning. The first eye went so well, I could hardly wait to get the other one done. Dr. Ullrich is a wonderful surgeon! I am already seeing better than I have since I was in third grade. I am so pleased. I can see far, far away already and my near vision is already getting more and more clear. I don’t think I will need my glasses at all when the tiny bit of inflammation goes down in my right eye. It is like a miracle for me. I have only been out of surgery a couple of hours. All his staff is wonderful, too. I am so thankful to Dr. Ullrich, Advanced Eye Center and the Washington Surgery Center. I am so happy to have my second eye cataract surgery this morning. Have been going Dr U for about 10 years. Wouldn’t go to anyone else for my eye care.

Dr. Chris Ullrich has a gentle and kind personality which helps you feel comfortable. He is very thorough and efficient and waits to answer all your questions. I was treated to a kind, caring staff. My cataract surgery was a complete.

VERY INFORMATIVE, AND VERY DETAILED ON WHAT TO EXPECT DURING SURGERY. MY SURGERY WAS PAINLESS WITH NO PROBLEMS!!! I CAN SEE BEAUTIFUL COLORS AND DETAILS!!! DR. ULLRICH LISTENS TO WHAT YOU, AS THE PATIENT, HAS TO SAY. DR. ULLRICH IS FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE. .

My visit with Dr. Ullrich was very pleasant and he answered my questions and was very informative. I will recommend him to friends

Dr. Ullrich was wonderful examing my mother of 81 years of age. We were very pleased with how thorough and patient his staff was. Dr. Ullrich carefully reviewed and recapped the results with my mother and I. He took adequate time to make sure we understood the exam results and allowed time for us to ask questions. A great job was done to explain and provide examples in terms we understand. The entire staff made us feel at home. One of the staff assistants even came outside to help my mother out of the car and walk her into the office.

Dr. Ullrich performed cataract surgery on both my eyes with excellent results. It felt like a miracle to have my weak, "lazy" left eye back to 20/20. He is a strong communicator who explained my treatment options in ways I could easily understand. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation!

Each visit that I see Dr. Ullrich, I learn more about my eye conditions. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, yet explains medical terminology in an understandable way. I would highly recommend him!

RUDE RUDE RUDE My wife took her 90 year old father to Dr Ullrich, and once again he and his staff were RUDE, DISRESECTFUL, and ARROGANT. Her dad is worried about changing Drs and who will be able to help him with his eyes, thus he feels helpless to say anything. Of the many, many Dr visits that she has accompanied both her elderly parents on over the past 4 years, Dr Ullrich's office is the worst by far and large. It's not just us. Just look at many of the other reviews; same poor RUDE MANNERS.

We were met with a rude receptionist. Then who called us back to the room was eating and wiping his food on his shirt and called our name and walked away. By the time I was able to get my mother standing I had no idea where this gentleman had gone. Gentleman was the most pleasant employee. When the doctor came in with a scribe the doctor was pleasant and greeted my mother. However he put his chair directly in the way of my mother. The scribe made no effort to help her and was rude.
