We will go to another practice. The dismissal of health concerns during a pandemic are outrageous here. How truly awful as these medical professionals see more immune compromised patients than other groups too. Shame on Dr. R. He should absolutely not be allowed to work for any office related to St Jude or Lebonheur.

We love selecman and would give 5 stars for his care but with rowland acting like he is a doctor (you're a dentist stu) has me calling around to other pediatric dentists. Our kids deserve better. As a mom going through chemo during this pandemic I can not safely return to this facility without a fear of safety.

Chris Rowland is organizing parental opposition to masks in schools. He has ties with St. Jude, and, considering how careful SJ has been through this whole thing it’s very frustrating to see Chris promote such recklessnesss. I like Dr. Rowland and he was my daughter’s dentist for a few years. He just made known his stance on what is the best way to help our children during the pandemic. He works at. St. Jude and just went completely opposite of what their medical director has stated St. Jude’s stance for safety protocol was. Someone who doesn’t believe science shouldn’t be in the medical community in my opinion. I like Dr. Rowland and he was my daughter’s dentist for a few years. I can’t say enough about Dr. Rowland. He’s kind and caring and the rest of the staff follow suit. Great folks.

Dr. Rowland Chris is amazing, he is doing such great job with autistic kids! Wonderful staff!

We have visited the Collierville and Arlington office several times. Today, we had an appointment at the Arlington office. We (3 kids and I) arrived an hour early for our appointment. I didn't know how long it would take us to get there with traffic. I was prepared to wait in the waiting room until our appointment time. To my surprise, they called us (all 3 kids) back and started on them. They finished with all 3 and we walked out 10 minutes after our appointment time. The kids were so happy we were not in there long. The staff members are very nice and helpful. I am so happy I found this incredible place 2 years ago, and we look forward to our next appointments. My children have been coming here for 12 years. Starting with my first child and nephew then I had two more children. All the staff give us such a warm welcome every time we come. Everyone in the office is so friendly, we feel like family. My husband and I love this office for our children!

Dr. Rowland is an excellent pediatric dentist. He shows great patience and kindness when talking to and working with his young patients. Dr. Rowland's staff is extraordinary and I would recommend them to anyone with young children. We are so very happy to have him as our daughter's dentist.

We had a wonderful experience at the Children's Dental Clinic. The staff was professional and kind as well as thorough. My children had a positive experience and felt quite comfortable with Dr. Rowland! Furthermore, what child wouldn't enjoy watching a movie, playing ping pong or even pac man while waiting to be seen? Amazing dentist Dr. Rowland and his staff are always so nice and they are always punctual with your appointment times. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

The used materials that is not covered by insurance without asking for permission from the patient upfront. This resulted in extra charges.

My kids love this office. The staff are very friendly and the service is prompt. I know my children are in good hands here.
