I was referred to Dr. Miller for a bilateral knee replacement by a friend of a friend. She said she had the same thing done and had no issues. We did the research and decided to talk to him. Dr. Miller told me there was absolutely no reason I couldn't do both knees at the same time and explained his method which I really liked. Bottom line, I pushed myself, but I was completely off my walker within 5 days, walking over two miles a day 17 days after surgery, and am now playing pickleball at 75% speed two months after the surgery. I still have my little aches and pains and swollen knees after a couple of hours on the pickleball court, but I couldn't be happier at the quick progress. After the surgery when people noticed my scars they asked who did it. I kept running into others who used him and they all spoke about their great experiences too. I can highly recommend Dr. Miller

I had my total knee surgery in July of 22. Knee pain was a daily part of my life for years. The experience from consult to surgery was nothing but positive. After surgery the pain level was manageable and brief. I was walking without walker on day 2. I was able to run/walk the Dallas 1/2 marathon in December. I highly recommend Dr Miller and his team. His team was helpful and accommodating.

I had hip surgery done. I am still trying to recover use of my leg without any pain after three years, with therapy. I went in with pain in my hip. I came out with pain in my thigh that has not left with extensive therapy. I have seen other Dr.s to try and correct the surgery I had on my hip. It has been a nightmare. Dr. Miller went above and beyond! He replaced my husbands hip and now is helping with my knee and ACL tear. Also Wesley was extremely helpful and patiently answered all our questions. Great experience!

NO!! Since I can finally see other orthopedic surgeons. I have now learned that Dr. Miller did not correctly, completely fix the fracture HE caused (and tried to hide the fact he caused it until I found out). Part of the fracture had to heal on its own (while I was doing physical therapy for my knee). No wonder pt hurt so much, and I kept telling him where it hurt (exactly where the fracture was) & how much; no wonder it is still painful. Plus it still squeaks, yes "squeaks". Dr. Miller fractured my medial condyle (of femur) while doing a partial knee replacement. He told us he had to put two screws in the side of my knee. When I asked him what caused the fracture, his replay was "osteopenia". About two weeks later, I asked for the report & found out HE had fractured my bone. When I asked his staff, I was told, "That is correct." I could not get him to answer all of my questions. There are too many issues to list here. I would definitely NOT recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Miller for several years. I knew a bilateral knee replacement was in my future, but he told me I would know when it was time and never pressured me. He is kind and patient. Dr Miller was a great surgeon. I had been looking for years for someone that would perform knee replacement on both knees at the same time. I met him, he took X-rays, we discussed that I needed both knees replaced. He asked what I wanted to do. I told him that I would like both replaced during one surgery. I felt that was best for me, knowing how long I had already put it off. He was very positive, reassuring & said let’s get it done, you will do great! I would give 10 stars to Dr. Miller! This was my 7th knee surgery, a total knee replacement, and he has been the best out of all the other past Dr.s He is educational, informative and caring. He makes sure you understand the procedure he will do, and explains what to expect afterwards, there were no surprises. His staff is great and assists with questions and follow ups. I wish I would have found him 15 years ago!

Dr Miller's office experience is the best I've ever had. I got there early so I could look at emails, but they were right on top of everything and called me in to the exam room. Didn't get to read my emails. Not just the promptness of the office, but every single staff person and Dr Miller himself (of course) are just awesome to deal with. I had hip replacement in January (smooth sailing) and was afraid I needed knee replacement. Was relieved to discover I didn't need it. If I ever do, there is no place I'll go except to Dr Miller! DO NOT LET THIS MAN OPERATE ON YOU!!!! He was SUPPOSED to repair shoulder damage after a car accident. I had to have 3 more surgeries after his, to try & repair the damage HE did. My shoulder hurts more NOW than before going under his knife. My arm burns & my fingers are numb thanks to the nerve damage he left behind without even repairing the original damage. He is a cold fish with the bedside manor of a cod. During my first appointment with him, my gut told me to run, not walk away from this egomaniac but I didn’t listen. I will forever regret it. I had surgery for a torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon tear about 7 weeks ago. I did a lot of research on who I wanted to do the surgery. Dr. Miller kept coming up as the best choice. He explained the surgery, the recovery and really addressed all of my concerns. The surgery itself went as planned, although I was holding out hope there wasn't a tear. I have spoken with several friends that have had the same surgery. I feel like I am progressing way ahead of schedule. The pain wasn't really that bad and most of my motion has been restored. I've got a ways to go and will start strength training soon. It's not a fun surgery and recovery, but I couldn't be happier thus far in the process. Everyone's situation is different, but I have been very pleased by the result and the overall process. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Miller! Dr. Chris Miller is the most caring, personable, informational doctor I’ve ever seen. He takes his time with you, he talks to you like a real person and not like he’s the be all and the end all. He gives you the information you need to know to make decisions, and then lets you know that you’re in the driver’s mseat and he will follow your lead (within medical standards, of course). Dr. Miller‘s surgeries are done differently than the majority of knee and hip replacements. It’s faster and easier recovery. I’m so sorry I didn’t find him in time for my two hip replacements. Dr. Miller is such a kind, and caring individual. Every time you go into his office, his amazing staff does everything they can to make you feel welcomed. You can definitely tell these people want to be there and they love helping the patients. Dr Miller is amazing. He knows exactly what he is doing and with the great positive attitude. He takes his time to examine . He did my TRKR He is one of the drs where you talk to him and you are 50 % cured His staff is also very friendly

The experience was strange. Although Dr. Miller is probably one of many good ortho surgeons in the DFW area, meeting him and especially the office environment was less than exciting. They are the only practice in the county that requires payment (above Medicare) at the time of visit. Their business acumen is scary bad and a staff wants to argue rather than listen. The "feeling" in the office was scary quiet and uncomfortable. Noone looked happy and I would suggest many find a different calling. The outcome was both I and the practice dropped each other. Look elsewhere for your needs. 100's of ortho surgeons are available in the DFW area.

I have had 2 hips and 2 knees replaced, and Dr. Chris Miller is far and away the best surgeon around! I was very reluctant to have this second knee replaced due to all the pain and trouble I had with the other surgeries. A friend recommended Dr. Miller, and I am so grateful for his major contribution to my well-being. He is thorough, compassionate, and takes his time with you, answering all questions, and is very encouraging. You will not find a better, more talented surgeon anywhere!

I waited 1 hour to be seeing by dr Miller , and then another 30 minutes after I got into his office . Then I when I actually saw him , he was very Quick , not enough explanation. Disappointing !

Dr. Miller performed bilateral knee replacement surgery ten weeks ago. I am so happy with the results. My friends can’t believe I had both knees replaced in one day. The first week after surgery was intense, but it’s so worth getting them both done at once. Dr. Miller’s technique leaves you with minimal scarring, and he doesn’t cut any muscles . I finished my physical therapy , and I’m feeling great. Dr. Miller, and his staff are friendly and very professional. I highly recommend him for knee replacement surgery.
