Dr. Chris G. Bowers

My wife had a issue with her pinky toe , foot and ankle so we went to Dr. Bowers office for her to be treated. First off the staff was very disrespectful, 2nd they were unprofessional. As well as rushing through patients instead of taking the time to properly treat and identify their patients issues. Also they like to charge for every little thing they do. They charged $50 dollars just to put a small piece of tape on my wife's toe that was bothering her. Plus they wanted to charge us $145 for a walking boot that I can get off of Amazon for $40 bucks. Neither the Dr or the nurses used gloves when examining and treating my wife. I highly recommend no one go and see this Dr. I most definitely will not be recommending him to anyone not even my dog!!! I regret the day I made an appointment at this clinic. This is the worst place ever. I paid the initial fee and also paid the balance after leaving but they keep sending me bills for different amount 300$, 40$ and 163$ when I have already paid what I owe them. I only saw him for 10 minutes max but the amount of anxiety I am getting from this visit is a lot.

I didn't see the doctor, but I ha my feet measured for some shoes, and the shoes didn't fit like they told me in the beginning, so I asked for a refund and I was told I had to wait for a month to receive my 1st payment of 50.00, and when I asked to make a complaint I was told this is a private company and can give them my complaint..... Dr Bowers and his staff have been treating my foot for over 2 years. They are awesome in their care and answering my questions, etc. I deeply appreciate them. Ray

This morning I slogged my way north on I-35 through dangerous construction/destruction, got to your office early, only to find it closed! The seCURity guard said you and your staff just left to get to your OTHER office in north Dallas. When your staff phoned me early this morning they were all concerned about me bringing my new Medicare card; otherwise they couldn’t see me. They were NOT concerned about me coming to the correct office! And since when have you had two offices anyway? I suggest that you, Dr. Bowers, and your slipshod staff get your act TOGETHER! I notice several other poor reviews. Is that really how you want to be perceived and to do business? So, thank you, actually, for opening my eyes and you can find some other chump to take my place, as I will NOT be darkening your door again! Visits with Dr. Bowers is great, but office staff and handling questions and concerns is horrid to say the least. Never expect anything but problems and grief from his staff as they even end calls saying "You'll Regret This".... Office Staff

Unprofessional: I was given an appointment, and they later called me, stating they did not have an appointment for me. Duh!!! Uh uh. And the Dr. He actually touched my FUNGUS FOOT With his BARE HANDS, And took a nail clipping of my toenail... EEEEUR.....

I went yesterday, without an appointment ,I have been in pain for a long time, but today, I have no more pain, no pills no foot cream, I thank God for doctor Chris Bowers.

Very Poor Staff. Very Rude..however the Doctor is nice, but they try and charge you for everything. You have to purchase biofreeze (??) He's always in a rush to see his patients. This office needs professionalism and more training.

I was able to get in within one day, and prices were reasonable compared to others. and has very friendly staff!

Exelent Dr.and personal

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The office called and left a voicemail scheduling a surgery date and time without asking if it was okay or not. Being flexible, I accepted. The day of the surgery comes and the doctor has an emergency and cancels. I called THREE TIMES the same day asking for some sort of letter to return to work or for a rescheduled date and no one would speak to me about the matter or return my phone calls. The following Monday I called twice again and no one would speak to me and had me leave messages. I had to physically come to the office to ask for a note that was literally two sentences long. They couldn't have given that to me when I requested it? Needless to say, I am no longer interested in using Dr. Bowers and his ride and uncooperative staff and I certainly not be referring anyone to him. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff is extremely professional, and the doctor took the time to explain what was wrong with my parent's feet. I liked the time they take on each patient, but I don't like the space, I wish it was bigger
