I was a patient here years back and now I remember why I left!! I have ZERO complaints about the service while you're in the office but oh man, there follow through process is HORRIBLE!! Both my daughters ended up needing prescribed glasses and so they had a blast selecting there eyeware but now I have to tell them that's been almost 30 days and their glasses were never ordered! Talk about miscommunication and broken follow up process!! Not to mention. I called twice to get an update and it wasn't until the 2nd time when I was told the glasses were never ordered! Wow! Not to mention this will be the last time I will come here for any eye exams period!! I was a patient here years back and now I remember why I left!!
