Nice staff and excellent treatment.

My prophy was done by Melissa. I think that it was the best I've ever experienced! My next appt. is Dec. 2nd and I asked if Melissa could do it and was told that she would only be working there for a month, filling in for someone else. A shame!

My husband and I love Lad family Denistry office.. Top notch care, very clean. All staff is very professional, caring and kind. We highly recommend this office, best all around!! We are thankful for them!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Chiman Lad for over 15 years. No other dentist come any closer to father and son team. They maintain clean, inviting and very friendly atmosphere in the clinic. Staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Father and Son team's advise, practice and punctuality is remarkable.

I enjoy my visit with the Lad's. They are great dentists.

My First Appointment and Meeting with Dr Chiman Lad, of Lad Family Dentistry in Temple City, went very well. His state of the art diagnostics, Photo Equipment and Visuals to assist me in understanding what I needed and why- were wonderful, and gave me great reassurance about what I Intuitively knew I needed. I have been a patient here over 12 years now and I have never been disappointed. Eventually my whole family come here. Even when they stopped taking our dental insurance, we still come here because of their services and professionalism. Both Drs. Lad are very nice and easy to talk to. Their hygienists are great too, always take their time. I have to especially shout out to Danielle who is our favorite. But seriously, all of the staffs are great. Terrific caring staff. Sunjay and his Dad are the best!!

Nothing but the best...service, staff and doctors. I have been going to Dr. Chiman Lad (renamed Lad Family Dentistry with the addition of Dr. Lad's son, Sunjay Lad, DDS--a proud day for Dad to be sure) for over 45 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my dental care, even though I travel almost 90 miles round-trip for each visit. The entire office staff is very genuine, friendly and caring, and they treat each patient as if they were family. If you want a dental office that is willing to go "above and beyond" in the care of their patients, then you have found it with Dr. C. "Old Guy" and Dr. S. As always, a wonderful experience at Lad Family Dentistry! Dr. Lad has been my dentist for about 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The cleanest facilities, the friendliest staff, and the highest quality service.

The Doctors and staff are always so courteous. And I always leave with a huge smile. Even my kids love coming to see Dr. Lad. They have the magic touch.

Excellent service and outstanding staff. Friendly and very comfortable even as my teeth were being scraped and cleaned. No bleeding at all, just a nice feeling as if my teeth were being gently massaged.

Dr Lad and staff are very personable, thorough and explain what and why a procedure is necessary, Very patient and have such an excellent bedside manner. Father and son have been our family dentist for many years. We moved to Nevada and we still make the trip out to have our dental needs taken care of.

Our whole family goes to Dr Lad and both doctors and staff are so wonderful! They are efficient, personable and caring. I don’t think I’ll ever miss a check up as long as they are around.

Been going here since I was 13 (I’m 39 now). Never had a problem. The staff know you by name. They are kind, thorough, and most important… I have never felt any pain from their work. It’s key to support great businesses such as this one as it’s a rarity these days to find such quality service.

It was my first time going back to see my favorite dentists since the pandemic started and I was a little nervous since I haven't been getting out in public too much. If this is your situation, you can rest assured that you're in good hands with the Lad Dentistry team. I was called the day before my appointment to answer several health related questions to make sure that I wasn't coming down with anything that I would bring to their office. I pulled into the parking lot and called the office and was able to get in right away. The first thing I got after saying hello thru my mask was a shot of hand sanitizer on my hands followed by a temperature check. I had just driven in from Orange County without using air conditioning on a pretty warm day and my temp was 100 point something. However, after a few minutes in their air conditioned office, my temp came down to a more normal 98.7. I was there for a routine cleaning and some x-rays and everything went well with no complications. So a happy ending for me as I had no cavities. The moral of the story - don't put off going to the dentist. They are following all the established precautions and protocols to keep you and them safe. Very clean and up to date facility over my last dentist. Kind helpful staff and Dr. Lad is well spoken, thorough and listened very well. Love the folks here. The staff gets you in and out on time yet leaves no stone unturned when checking for any issues. My family has chosen this dentist as our provider for oral hygiene for years!
