I’d give her 0 stars if i could. My son saw Chandel for 3 years as a suggested pediatrician from the hospital. After that we went to see her about a “hemorrhoid“ on my son which she told us was a hemorrhoid and told us to get cream for. when it continued to get worse, she told us to continue with the cream and warm bathes. She didn’t refer us to a specialist or even seem concerned that my son couldn’t even use the bathroom without screaming or sit down to eat on a chair. Turns out my son had severe Crohn’s disease by the time we had found a PROFESSIONAL to help him and had to get be admitted to the hospital THAT DAY we went to see the professionals. He had MRIS, Colonoscopies and surgery in a matter of two weeks. After the hospital visit was over, i called to get all the paperwork from her that she had on my son and not one visit had anything noted about his “ hemorrhoid“ or pain or how he haven’t gained weight or grew in over a year. It’s been a year since he’s been diagnosed. It’s been a year full of monthly 4 hour infusions, weekly doctors appointments, medicine. I should of made this post along time ago but i was too angry. She should loose her license. I hope no one has to go through what my baby boy has to go through. If only we would of caught it sooner.

I can never say enough good things about Dr. Chandel. Her bedside manner is bar none. If she isn't sure on something, she doesn't hesitate to refer us to a specialist. She always takes time to answer questions and gives us a feeling of security and confidence in our daughter's Healthcare. We plan to keep her as part of her healthcare team til she is ready for a family practice or internal medicine physician or Dr. Chandel retires, whichever occurs first. She doesn't take parents concerns seriously. My 6 year old had permanent hearing damage that could have been prevented had she refered us to a specialist for surgery the first 10 times we asked her to..the ear nose throat specialist personally told us to leave her because she had neglected to refer him sooner when there were obvious issues. She also obviously cares more about money thank anything else and refused to let me pay off a 300$ bill by payment plan which im not even sure is legal. Shes awful. Vehicle returned after Quick Lube Oil Change with TPM light still. I expect tire pressure check and correction to be part of a $65 oil change. Makes me wonder if other expectations such as topping off windshield washer fluid were completed or not.

Bad experience all together. They would always mess up personal information on records. Did not provide enough help or refer us for right help for our child's speech or occupational therapy. Overall it was not a happy experience for us.

Dr. Chandel has been taking care of my kids for years.A doctor who genuinely cares and guides you in the best direction for your family.

Great pediatrician. Very thorough & friendly. My daughter loves her. Dr. chandel is very understanding of different family situations.
