Dr. Cheryl M. Lee

I’m trying to find a dentist for my kid, and I searched on google that some parents recommend Dr. Lee. I think I have a really good dental insurance as it covers 90 percent of treatment. I had never had any co-pay for visiting other pediatric dentists. Because of the Covid-19, our previous pediatric dentist has a long waiting list, so I had no choice but trying to make an appointment with another dentist. I called dr Lee to make an appointment for my kid. The front desk checked my insurance and told me that I need to pay 70 dollars for the visit, and they will refund the money back if the insurance can cover the visit. I had met a pediatrician did the same thing as dr. Lee, and she did not refund the money back to me. I’m not sure if a doctor’s randomly charge is legal, and I don’t know if dr. Lee has her own policy to treat her new patients like this. Anyway, I canceled my appointment, for I don’t trust a doctor who put earning money as the most crucial purpose, especially a pediatric dentist. We have been seeing Dr Lee for over 13 years. She is forever patient and thorough. The office is sparkling clean and comfortable.

Awesome pediatric dentist in Mountain View. My two kids go here, and they love it...which says a lot. They get to watch TV shows with headphones on while they get their teeth cleaned. Daughter's tooth extraction was relatively painless.
