The wait time is HORRIBLE so pack a lunch and wear comfy clothes it’s gonna be awhile before your seen. My kids appointment was scheduled for 9am (arrived at 8:50 and seen at 9:30) the physical wasn’t done until 11:am. We left at 11:55 after getting the same food chart and a follow up appointment. Dr. Kendall has cared lovingly for my three children for 14 years. Not only is she attentive to their needs, but to our entire family, including my mother and father. My son has been seeing Dr. Kendall since his 6 weeks appointment and he just aged out 18 years later. Thank you so much for such great care Dr. Kendall. Your professionalism, knowledge and genuine caring spirit has been superb and we truly appreciate you!

Impossible to work with!!! Don't do it, you've been warned.

Every time my son has an appointment we are waiting in the exam room for a minimum of an hour and half that’s 1 1/2 hours in the exam room waiting for the doctor to come and exam. They NEVER schedule appropriately. Such a waste of my day and time. I swear this is the worst doctor office experience—I HATE when he has an appointment here. Yes we are here right now as I doing this review. The people in the front are pleasant and that’s why the place got 1 star. I have got to change his doctor NOW. This is the worst doctor office to ever take your kids..I wish I could give them NO stars.. they cancel and move your appointment WITHOUT EVEN TELL YOU. And there are NEVER any doctors, oh and let’s not even talk about the wait times EVEN WITH an appointment!!! I’m finding my sons another doctor while sitting in there parking lot! Dr Kendall is not very knowledgeable in her chosen field. I wouldn't advise that anyone take their child to this clinic. My grandson had been favoring his ear for 4 days. I had my daughter take him in as a walk-in and after a 2 hour wait, we were taken into the care room. I stood back and watched as Dr Kendall gave him a once over. When she gave an all clear, I questioned why she hadn't checked his ears, considering that this was the original complaint. She then checked his ears and stated that he just needed the was removed. She removed the was and sent us home. Later that same night, his temperature rose to 101.7. My daughter went to the ER with him to check his condition. She was told that he had an ear infection and she was lucky that she caught it in time or he'd have had hearing loss. She was given antibiotics and he's now doing well. Dr Kendall treats her patients in accordance to what is easier for her to deal with and when it comes to children's health, her convenience isn't an option. This doctors' office has created the worst experience for my children and I. One visit after another, I become more disgusted and discouraged. I would never recommend this place for anyone desiring care for their little ones. And I make that statement as a preschool teacher and mother of three. The wait time is ridiculous and unbearable for the young ones. I have yet to spend less than three hours in a visit that I have arrived for my children's appointment on time...I've tried scheduling an early morning, mid morning, and afternoon appointment before deciding I will never schedule another appointment with them again. I've even arrived for an appointment on time and after waiting two hours, was told the nurses had taken their lunch! In addition to the longstanding wait times, the staff is not courteous or considerate at all...as if they do not comprehend the fact that they will be dealing with infants and toddlers! I've heard the rude comments and watched judgmental stares they've given to the parents and other kids as well...it's disgusting! I would love to know how to report this office to DFACS or any authority that'll do some sort of evaluation! It's a horrible experience coming here and I wish that I never made the choice to continue seeing Doctor Kendall as she is very dismissive with any concerns that I have... do not waste your time or patience on this place! The wait is about an hour and a half in the waiting room and another 30 in the exam room. I think it is due to over booking and not clients needing extra care I do not see where my child experiences enough concern and care during our visits to be worth it.

Dr Kendall is an excellent Dr. She has treated my daughter since birth 14 years ago. Her practice has the right name We Care because they really do. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, caring, and on point pediatrician.

Doctor kendell is a great doctor. She looks after my son really well. She takes her time and look him over. And ask me do I have any question. It's a good place especially me being a first time mom. There wait time sucks though you would wait a hour past your app time.
