Dr Lovaton is very rude, judgmental, and don't want to listen to her patients, makes you wait like 40 minutes every visit, she also acts like if she is better than you. Staff is friendly but the doctor is VERY rude, UNPROFESSIONAL and tries to force you into extra medical services at EVERY APPOINTMENT! Extremely long wait times even when you have an appointment (pre-pandemic). There were SEVERAL times where I had to wait 2-3 days to get a perscription because the pharmacy would not receive it or it was written out wrong and I would have to go back to the office to have it corrected. Highly recommended. Staff is exceptional and the doctor is caring and very personable. They have been great for my mother and me, have always been able to get either of us in quickly and super helpful when I've called with questions & concerns. I'm reading other reviews where people have considered the doctor to be rude... I don't know anything about their experiences or circumstances, but in my opinion she is not a sugar coater, she is factual and real... but I don't consider her to be rude. You never are seen on time.. She never listens to you.. she is rude and inconsiderate.. she did have a nure practitioner for a while who was wonderful..

My mother is one of the LPNS that works their and she is hard working, her patients love her but, it's a very toxic work place. The Doctor (Cherry) pretty much bullys my mother and I don't appreciate that. She doesn't deserve being tore apart no one does. Valley health is a good place for health care professionals but this place in particular is not a great place to work. She is a very kind and respectful doctor. My whole family goes to her and we have never had any issues.

I've been here twice, each time had to wait one hour past my appointment time before being seen.

She is a great Doctor who takes her time to speak with you and find out exactly what is going on. She has taken care of me for a few years now and I am very happy with the treatment received.

The worst dr i have ever seen. she told me she could not help me. All i asked for was to have them check my heartbeat. that was after waiting 2 hrs with barely any patients their. I was astonished. i know its close to quitting time, but you gotta do your job

Dr. Lobaton has shown herself to be a wonderful doctor with the rare combination of knowledge and compassion. As a physician with a PA wife we are not easy to please. She has done so on every level. As a side note, her staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. Arriving ununounced being very ill they immediately took me directly back and saw that I received much needed help. I went there several time for an appointment since i had asthma problems. The doctor (Cherry) continuously states that it is just an allergy due to pollen, but my asthma did not get better. I went to another doctor and she definitely helped my issue, so I will not trust this place or return again.

She has been mine and my children's doctor for 11 years now. My kids and I are comfortable with her and she's a great doctor she explains things so you are sure to understand and is always happy to answer any questions I may have for myself and my children.
