Well can't say much about dr. Chandi because unfortunately I never got the pleasure to meet her. I would try to call and make an appointment and was not able to get in contact with anybody. I did receive an email from someone's telling me that forms were attached I needed to fill them out but there were no forms attached the first time. Finally got the forms that were attached had to get them printed off. Called back to get an appointment still couldn't get a hold of a person. I did get an email from somebody in all caps stating they have not got my paperwork from me. So I reached back to the person that send me the email stating, did not realize that I had to send the paperwork back in order to get an appointment. I let this person know that I had no way to get the feel that paperwork back to them because I don't have a computer . But I unfortunately never heard back from anybody on that email yet again. then I called in the next day spoke to a girl. She said oh you spoke was so and so. She said she would have that girl call me back. well that girl never called me back. As far as the doctor I have no clue but as far as her staff very unprofessional, no customer service skills.... you don't reply to somebody in all caps, unless you're trying to be rude. I have never left an online review, but this is warranted: Wait times nearly an hour (pre-COVID) in an overcrowded waiting room. Staff ignores anyone entering the door; responses are rude when addressing them. They seem unhappy to be there. Still not seeing patients in-person (as of July, 2021) unless she wants to bill for a physical which, if not scheduled immediately, withholding of prescriptions is promised by staff. Closed Wednesday afternoons and no weekend or late afternoon appts. Staff does not return calls for prescription refills; leveraged pharmacy as liaison the entire past year. Last request for a telehealth appointment to review meds took OVER A WEEK for a response with no contrition for delay. No portal, no e-communication so any communication from doc equates to $$$$. Tests conducted for reflux; told this was not causal to ongoing issues when, in fact, a CareNow physician accurately diagnosed and treated two months later.

Dr Chandi is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and always listens to your problem and explains her diagnosis and recommended treatment. She will stay with you until you are well again.

Dr. Chandi is a wonderful caring doctor, but some of the staff are a bit rude and hateful. I have a hard time getting my prescription filled, the pharmacy will try to get them refilled but no luck. I will call and leave messages several times to call them into pharmacy to be refilled. Been trying to get one filled as of today for almost two weeks now with no luck, told them on the answering machine I need blood work still no reply. One of the best Doctors I’ve every had but by far the worst practice I’ve ever been to. I guess I will have to find a new Doctor because I’m tired of calling to get my prescription filled. Really hate to get another doctor because I really like Dr. Chandi

Dr. Chandi is wonderful. Very thorough and explains everything in great detail. Highly recommend!

Great Doctor. She getting my diabetes under control. Is very patient. Treats patients with courtesy and employees do as well.

Horrible practice! Makes you come in every three months for check up and blood work. If you cancel or reschedule they will not fill your prescriptions. I think they are abusing the insurance companies.

Always listens to what I say, addresses the problems head on, very direct.

Dr. Chandi seems to care more about making money rather than providing good medical service. When necessary information is needed for insurance, her staff doesn't want to do the extra work. As I spoke to her regarding the issue, it was clear that they are operating under her direction as she was so rude as to how she handled herself on the phone with me. Got on the phone while in the front office with a nasty attitude not willing to listen or help and hung up. Bad example to her staff as to how to treat patients/customers . Recently, she sends me a letter saying that she will not fill anymore prescription until I come back in for more testing even though I've done multiple not long ago. I'm 51 years old and have been seeing doctors for a long time - never have I seen a doctor operating like she is to increase her revenue. How a doctor will stop BP medicine that I've been on for many years is alarming. And now I get a certified letter that stated she'll no longer be my physician because I'm not coming in for testing every three months. I've already terminated her as my doctor for the reasons above two months ago. Dr. Chandi ... you need better customer service skills and care more about your patients and not force service for the benefit of your wallet. One possible reason why she forces excessive testing might be because she does it in her office and looking to generate extra revenue by forcing patients to come back frequently. Aside from the poor medical service I've stated, her office is dirty and unorganized - the carpet is just down-right dirty and nasty! Dr Chandi is a kind and very knowledgeable doctor. Have had the pleasure of knowing her for many years and have never been disappointed.

This place is awful. Dr. Chandi herself is great but her team of office support staff are awful. They never return calls and they are a big waste of time. They also have the worst customer service attitude in the industry.

She takes time to listen to you. No rushing here. Very personable and friendly. She doesn't make you wait which is nice. Office staff is actually nice which is a big plus.

We have been patients of Dr. Chandi's for over four years. She takes her time listening to you, and I love that she is both an internist and a women's specialist. She took over-the-top excellent care of my parents, and if something was/is going on with any of us, she gets you right in.
