I had an appointment with Dr. Zachary and had an amazing experience! I was beyond frustrated with a recent allergic reaction and I was completely put at ease after our visit. She listened, she educated me, she gave me names of where to go and what to do. (It ended up being a dermatology issue - not food allergy) She spent a lot of time with me and felt like she truly cared about me. I highly recommend her and am so glad I found her!

Great until I had to switch offices and Midwest ENT took nearly two months to transfer the shot serums. After they finally transferred them they scheduled the appointment in the wrong location. Because of the time delay, I need to take extra shots (extra expenses to me) to catch up. I asked for assurance that this issue would be resolved (no scheduling issues) and that the extra shots (2) would not cost me anything. I was told Dr Zachary made the call that this was an inappropriate request
