So many mistakes have been made. If my mom was someone to unquestioningly listen to medical staff she would be dead by now. Calls made to office with concerning symptoms after a hospital stay and she never received a return call. Lost test results. Mixed up with another patient with the same name but then never asks for birthdate or last four digits of SS# to verify. This happened more than once and I told my mom she needed to ask for the verification if they weren't going to. Really unbelievable. So many mistakes have been made. The worst place I bring my mother to. Every doctors appointment is over a hour more longer wait just to get I to a room. Truly horrible. People make appointments that fit their schedule and you better have a free day when going here. It hard to tell how long you’ll be in there.

Dr John took care of my mom and step dad , my step dad had a pace maker and defibrillator, if it wasn’t for Dr John my step dad would of passed sooner , he passed from being septic in Trinity , My mom had a lot of health issues and he took good care of her , she passed from copd , I haven’t seen a doctor since 1998 , I choose him because he took care of my and step dad very well and I am sure he will do the same for me.

A very caring and shows humanistic qualities to all of his patients. He goes above and beyond.

Dr John is the best ,him and his staff are good people .he takes pride in his work never just sees how fast they can get you out of there office takes time to talk to you. Thank the good Lord for him

I would not recommend Dr Cherian John. He has continue to make mistake and trust too much on his practitioner to make decision instead of him as a doctor making thise decision.

Great dr really careing

Waiting room time over 2 hours normally. 20-30 patients scheduled per hour. In 4 years, doctor has examined me ONCE for less than two minutes: in all other multiple visits, nurses, nurse assistants or student nurses examined me. Won't address patients concerns over Meds and side effects. Doesn't take my diagnosed condition seriously. Doesn't consider drug interactions - pharmacists have caught mistakes...

He has not taken care of my daughter who has many medical issue and avoid monitoring her medications

he definite not taking care of his patient's and waiting in the waiting rooms have gone over 2 hr or more, what doctor does this!!!!!!! he has made mistake in diagnoising his patients cause he doesn't see his patient's on ever visit, needs to be evealuated by the Mediacl Board

He does not see his patients no more and does not take the time to resolve patients issue, nor listen or take care of several issue with his patient's. He has definite stop caring aboy his patient's, he use to be a good doctor but he is too busy to care what happens anymore and refuse to assist his patient's with several medical issues and like he doesn't care or address issue in the right manor, he has definte change and I ask my self why??? How can a good doctor stop caring

He has performed 3 surgeries on me and is also my pcp very satisfied with him and my brother also switched to him! I highly recommend him to anyone that I know that needs a cardiologist or pco
