I provided Lung & Colon Cancer records to her daughter Nurse Practioner Erika Woolridge and then I found out that she lied to the Pulmonary doctor and wrote him a letter telling him I don't have Lung and Colon Cancer. I even found out that she contacted my ex-workers compensation insurer who was kicked off of my medicare claim and had his personal information, such as his cell number, p.o. box, address, etc.. When I wrote a letter and confronted her on it the office manager (Ms. Jump) cancelled my medical care at Kentucky One, even though I was in the middle of getting care for my Heart issues. I strongly would discourage you from going here! I WAS IN TO SEE HER 2 WEEKS AGO . SHE THOUGHT IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE SOME TEST RIGHT AWAY I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL REGARDING THE RESULTS OF THESE IMPORTANT TEST. GOOD THING I WASN'T DYING! IT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET THE RESULTS OF ANY TESTS FROM HER OFFICE . DON'T KNOW IF IT IS HER OR STAFF BUT WHATEVER IT IS I AM THROUGH AND LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR. WASN'T THIS WAY UNTIL SHE JOINED THE KENTUCK Y ONE HEALTH GROUP.

I saw Dr. Ingwersen when my regular Family Practitioner moved out of state. Seeing Dr. Ingwersen was an OK experience, she was professional, nothing out of the usual to report. I had an ear infection for which she proscribed an antibiotic. About 4 hours after taking the medication I started to feel worse but I thought maybe it was because of my ear infection, 8 hours later I was so ill I couldn't sleep, couldn't get off the couch, was experience awful pain all over my body and hives and I was clearly having an allergic reaction to the medicine (I should note that I am very sensitive towards medicines). When I called Dr. Ingwersen to change medicines she told me my reaction was either caused by the ear infection or "my imagination"...Last time I checked ear infections don't cause achy muscles (when I say achy I mean it felt like my muscles were being pulled off my bones) or hives...I will never go back to the doctor at her office.
