Dr. Charles Chu-Li Wong

Dr. Charles C. Wong is the best gastroenterologist I have ever seen. I love Dr. Wong. He has always taken really great care of me. I highly recommend him.

Very rude and extremely impatient

The staff were very polite and friendly, but I cannot say the same for my time spent with with him. As I was interrupted by him repeatedly and I even felt as though he belittled me and my health condition. He ignored the one question I had for him in favor of talking over me about what I'm doing wrong without so much as attempting to listen to what little bit I needed to tell to him. I also felt slighted by him briefly asking "why I could possibly have so many health problems at my age," when I told him about me currently attending physical therapy, and without knowing a single thing about me, personally. I have just never been treated with even a semblance of disrespect to this degree from a so-called medical "professional." Dr Wong is am amazing Dr. I highly recommend him. The staff are friendly

Great doctor reccomend highly.

Dr. Wong treated me very well. I have a unique medical issue and he spent a lot of time with me and getting me into the proper specialists . Thereafter he has followed up with me & stayed on top of my issues. He is very impressive and talented.He has done appropriate testing & has discussed my course of treatment with me to insure I understand & concur.

Dr. Wong has been my doctor for years. He is always concerned and caring. He provides excellent care and his staff is always helpful. His receptionist, Debbie is excellent. She is always pleasant and does everything possible to make your visit pleasant.

TERRIBLE bedside manners. Was uninterested in listening to me explain my symptoms and more interested in generalizing how I felt to get him out of the room. His office staff and medical assistant were also EXTREMELY rude. I had to call back to cancel an appointment over a week in advance and they were also terribly rude to me on the phone. Overall an awful experience and would not recommend him or his staff to anyone.

I went to Dr. Wong with severe ulceratvie colitis. Within three months, I was under control. At the end of six months, I was in remission. He was kind, courteous and professional. Office staff was very courteous and professional. I highly recommended him.

He doesn’t have the best bedside manners. Wasn’t interested in hearing my history. He judged me by the medicine I’m on. Basically said to make the pain stop, he would remove the entire colon. Not funny.

I’ve been seeing Dr Wong for several years now. He takes time with his patients and explains things really good. I wouldn’t want a different Dr.

I have had several procedures done by Dr Wong, and they all have been professional, timely, and I have 100% confidence in his ability and that I would receive a appropriate diagnose.
