Dr. Charles Men Wong

Saw Dr. Wong for a complex medical problem. He was the only one who properly diagnosed and treated me. He spent a lot of time with me, I didn't feel rushed. He explained everything in detail, gave me treatment options based on my needs and insurance coverage. I felt valued and ini return value this provider. He is respectful, kind and caring.

Completely incompetent misdiagnosed me resulting in me almost dying. Spent like 10 disinterested minutes with me. Just got my medical records and he didn't even document anything, spent more time writing about me not having insurance than my symptoms. Never followed up when I didn't get better. Completely incompetent misdiagnosed me resulting in me almost dying. Spent like 10 disinterested minutes with me. Just got my medical records and he didn't even document anything, spent more time writing about me not having insurance than my symptoms. Never followed up with me after my symptoms didn't improve. Just doesn't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Mostly writing this to offset to review of Mindy Welch, which shouldn't be on here at all. Their complaint about the systemic issues of medical care, and their insurance provider, have nothing to do with the service they received at this particular clinic, which is what this review system is for.

I was charged 210.00 to basically get medicine. Apparently its a great time to be a doctor My deductible is 6 grand so although I have insurance nothing is covered. I made an appointment online, when I arrived I checked in and being a new patient I needed to fill out paperwork. It took 15 min for a nurse practitioner to call me back. I was very happy and surprised by the little time I waited, especially since it's an urgent care. I'm a medical assistant and was very happy with patient care from this urgent care Center. People do need to realize it's an urgent care you are going to wait, I was just happy I was seen the same day!!!
