Dr. Whitfill and his staff were wonderful to my 7 year old son. It was his first time to an eye doctor and they made him feel comfortable and explained to him what they were doing. I would recommend Dr. Whitfill to any family.

Dr. Whitfill is fantastic with my daughter (4yrs) and makes her feel comfortable and safe. She also laughs a lot with him. She usually gets so nervous at doctor appointments but feels so at ease with Dr. Whitfill. We would recommend him 110%!

Very delightful & caring doctor.

We are dealing with a scary situation as a mom. Doc Whitfill and the rest of the staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and professional. Dr. Whitfillade a point to have the diagnosis written down for me to leave with. I was very impressed with the bedside manner. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Charles R. Whitfill is an amazing doctor! I could have ever asked for he was able to come through for one of my twin boys that was born with lazy eyes and had problems with balancing and much more. Thanks to the surgery he performed for my son he is doing alot better with walking and balance than he was before. He was also able to see if my son needed glasses to help him see due to him being so small it took someone so special to help him see. now he knows and sees all and it's a big world to my little boy! We went to Dr. Whitfill for my daughter yesterday, and he was amazing. So thankful he helped us understand what was going on!

Dr. Whitfill and his team are always friendly and know how to keep my daughter at ease. Within the first visit, I knew it! We’re sticking with him throughout our process of continued care for her. She has Amblyopia in one of her eyes and patches daily. Her progress is coming along and Dr. Whitfill’s knowledge, patience and rapport with her have been the guiding force behind her success. Dr. Whitfill is the best. Whether it’s an office visit or my son’s surgery, he is down to earth, explains things thoroughly, and is very easy to talk to. He makes both myself and my son feel comfortable and at ease!

Dr. Whitfill is wonderful at connecting with kids as well as explaining things to parents. His experience is obvious, but he never comes across as arrogant. It is wonderful to have access to a pediatric eye specialist in our area. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Charles Whitfil has always been an amazing kind hearted doctor. My daughter started seeing him when she was just one years old for a correction of her crossed eyes. My daughter is 15 now and Dr Whitfil is still our go to Doctor for any issue regarding my daughter vision. To us, there is non better. Dr. Whitfill is a kind, and caring Doctor. He was very gentle and sweet with my 5 year old when she came in with an injured cornea. I highly recommend him as a pediatric ophthalmologist!

My daughter has seen Dr. Whitfill since she was two years old. When we were referred to Dr. Whitfill and he saw our daughter for the first time, he was professional, matter-of-fact, and diagnosed her quickly. Since then, we have seen him every six months (for 8 years) and every time, we get the same professional service. I would highly recommend Dr. Whitfill for any pediatric needs.

My 10-year-old twins, who were born at 23-weeks gestation, have seen Dr. Whitfill since they came home from the NICU. He operated on my daughter when she wasn't quite a year old. He has always been kind, caring, patient and gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Dr. Whitfill!

Good at getting non verbal daughter diagnosed early in life and great at addressing parents concerns and questions. Only downside is appointments later than early morning tend to have a long wait time, which is tough for little kids.

Dr. Whitfill has been very kind and thorough throughout our 5 year old daughters experience these past couple years. He never leaves a question unanswered and has great bedside manner with both parents and children. He freely offers outside resources to provide parents adequate understanding. Our daughter just had surgery and we are very pleased with what was communicated to us prior to surgery and the outcome. We are happy with the level of care we have received from Dr. Whitfill!
