Excellent in every way

Dr. Tawa is not a good Dr. I have diabetes and he didn't look at my feet or send me for blood work the first time I saw him. Instead he proceeded to talk about President Trump and how he hated him and he hated Republicans going on and on for about 10 minutes I couldn't believe it. The second visit I have with him I had been exposed to covid two and a half months prior to the visit and I told him about it he walks out of the office and he comes back in and says I'm sorry I can't examine you and I need you to leave the office right now. I wasn't sick I hadn't been sick I had my temperature taken and everything and after I had been exposed the two months two and a half months before I isolated for 14 days I did everything I was supposed to. He doesn't seem stable in the head to me talking about politics when I'm sitting there sick trying to get help for diabetes and then the next time actually basically kicking me out because I was exposed to covid two and a half months before and never got sick. I like Doctor Tawa very much. However I had an issue with his secretary, I missed an appointment. I simply forgot, most places send you text message or email reminder the day before or the day of. I got nothing even after telling her that she would not waive the fee. No very kind way to treat a patient of many years.

THE best doctor I have ever had. Conservative, caring, authentic, human being.

Dr. Tawa is a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor, as well as an amazing individual!

I've been a patient of Dr Tawa for years. Excellent doc ... very patient, experienced, and thoughtful. Practice is good with insurance and such except for the usual annoying forms.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tawa's for many years and I highly recommend him! If you're looking for a kind, thoughtful, very skilled doc who listens to you and cares about all aspects of your health, this is the guy to see. Thanks, Dr. Tawa for all the good work!

He's a nice enough guy, but just isn't particularly competent, and difficult to schedule with. He's part of some kind of family practice corporation, and the customer service at his clinic really makes it feel that way - his staff is hands down the least competent, meanest office staff I've ever experienced at any business, in my 40 years. It's strange - almost entertaining.

I so appreciate Dr. Tawa's attentive and kind attention to our late mother, who lived in her Boulder home until her death in 2013 at 90 years old. I wrote to thank Dr. Tawa for his attention to my mother's medical needs. I will always remember what he said to me, that it is most important to be non-invasive. I think of Dr. Tawa often and thank him again and again.

Everytime I go in the receptionist isn't friendly and seems as though she hates her job. They do not go out of the way to help you nor do they act like they are there to help you. I usually leave a little upset. Going to the doctor isn't fun or easy as it is, a doctors office shouldn't make it worse.
