The services that I received from Dr. Springer were excellent. Dr. Springer and his staff are friendly and informed me about my before and after surgical care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends.

I am having TKR surgery in April with Dr. Springer. I had alot of questions and I have put it off for several years because of the anxiety of the unknown. Dr. Springer answered all of my questions and I had peace of mind when I left. I did not feel rushed at all, and have confidence now that I am making the right choice.

I arrived on time for my appointment. I had to wait 1 1/4 hours before I wa taken to an exam room. I never saw Dr Springer. I only saw his PA. I was supposed to see the doctor on Monday. The office cancelled my appointment and rescheduled to a Thursday. I drove 2 hours , from my home in Bradenton, to see the doctor.

The whole process of total hip replacement with everyone at Orthopedic Specialists went very smoothly. Dr. Springer is the best. He also did my first hip replacement which is why I again chose him. He is very thorough and caring as are all the others at Orthopedic Specialists, everyone was so nice and very efficient

Charlie is professional, caring and thorough. He takes the time to listen and understand your issues before a diagnosis or recommendation.

My visit with Dr. Springer’s PA was very positive. The difficulty parking and the almost two hour wait past my appointment time made the experience less than pleasant.

It was a wonderful experience! Everything went great, my left hip is pain free now! Once my hip fully heals will absolutely be trying to get the right done as soon as I'm able. The nurse and the therapist were great as well!!

I was provided top notch service from Dr Springers PA and all the staff were tremendous and helpful. I had to wait a long time but it was worth the wait and feeling better

Waited to see dr Springer for 1hr passed my appointment time. Dr. Spent all of 3 mins with me. Looked at X-rays did not do physical assessment of knee. Tried to explain other symptoms,but did not seemed interested. Ordered injection of knee by someone else who did not introduce himself or his background. I am a retired RN of 40 years. No instructions of any kind post injection. The young man that injected my knee did a great job. Thank God for online information.

Moms knee replacement went great. She is 86 and doing great. The office was very busy and we spent minimal time with Dr Springer but his PAs and staff were fabulous and answered all our questions. Mom ran into Dr Springer in the hall and he was very nice asking her how she was. Dr Springer is very busy but also very good. Excellent doctor and staff.

Dr. Springer and his team are exceptional. Throughout my TKR and recovery the communication and care was excellent.

Very Good experience today with the staff for Dr. Springer. I had a cortisone injection in my right knee. I received very good information relative to the condition of my knee. I highly recommend the services of Dr. Charles Springer, M.D.

Dr. Springer performed major surgery on my shoulder and It was totally painless afterwards. Now 5 months later my shoulder feels like new again. Dr. Springer is the Best.

Dr Springer did a rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. His office staff is very professional and courteous. I have been very happy with this office since my first visit. My recovery is taking time, but the physical therapy department has been absolutely amazing.

Was referred by two coworkers to Dr. Springers office. The entire staff were amazing. I have been dealing with knee and hip pain for almost a year or longer. His PA and Dr. Springer talked TO ME not down to me (as the saying goes. They gave me my options and prescribed temp alternative until I was able to move forward with surgery options. Dr. Springer has taken care of my arthritic knees for close to 20 years. He and his team are the go-to experts in SW Fl for bone and joint problems. Dr. Springer is very personable, listens well and explains things without being condescending.

Dr. Springer has a professional staff and they all reflect his professionalism and personal care for each patient they serve. I appreciate Dr. Springers conservative approach to healing and solving orthopedic problems.

This was my first visit and I was impressed. The whole team worked really well together. I got an injection on my shoulder and Dr. Springer did an amazing job, I left the office moving my shoulder without any pain. Highly recommend.

We decided on further treatment to include MRI, given exercises to do. Out by 1:45. Excellent visit prior to shoulder surgery. Very informative, discussed check list of things to accomplish before surgery. Confirmed items completed and those outstanding. Everyone was open, understanding and informative. Left the office with confidence in our progress and the plan moving forward. Feeling better about surgery. Thank you

Smooth and on time. Felt I was part of the decision making process for my care. Everyone was upbeat and gave the impression that they enjoyed their work. That approach gives the patient confidence in their caregivers abilities to make the right decisions.

Dr Springer treated me with great respect. I learned that my knee was beyond conservative treatment, so I was shown my knee x-ray, all my options were discussed and collectively we decided on the proper course of action. He explained what a Total Knee Arthroplasty entailed and then he walked me through the process of surgery and recovery. To say I was pleased would be an understatement. Thank you Dr Springer and his PA Ryan for making a difficult decision very manageable with compassion.

Dr. Springer is a great doctor terrific surgeon. He is very blunt into the point which I appreciate. I highly recommend him if you need a good surgeon. My shoulder was quite a mess and he managed to put it back together for me.

Definitely, he did my hip replacement six weeks ago and I am doing great.

Easy to schedule and my waiting time was minimal. Dr and staff explained everything very well. Been going to him since 2006.

Efficient care by many paraprofessionals who were quite skilled in their work. Listened to my description of my issues carefully. Solved the problem - at least as much as arthiritis can be solved. Extremely difficult to get a timely appointment. I was in severe pain for many weeks before I could be seen. The doctor looked in on me and I am assuming guided my treatment. All of it was delivered by others very successfully.

From a new patient perspective it was a bit disorganized. Had to fill out lots of paperwork when they had all the information on their computer already. Springer was pretty full of himself, but many are, nothing out of the ordinary. Was very put off by Doctor not wearing a mask even when doing an injection. Hand sanitizer should have been more accessible especially in the exam room- they had soap but not basic hand sanitizer. Still 4 out of 5 is not bad.
