I love my Doctor. He listens to me and my concerns/problems and we tackle them together.

Dr Smith has been my Primary Care provider for 22 years. He listens and addresses each issue of which there are many. I've had the opportunity to change providers but why change what is working so well.

Dr Charles Smith is the best Doctor that I have ever found. He reads and studies your chart and makes informed decisions about your health. I have never had bad advice from him.

Dr. Smith was my PCP at UAMS before going into private practice. Instead of blocking a 20 minute spot, he blocked one hour. After just recently being in the hospital, we reviewed everything in detail. When I left, I truly appreciated how thorough he was with me.

Dr. Smith's expertise in primary care is deep and wide, and he is easy to talk to. This new model will save a lot of money for some of my friends who have high deductibles. Also, since you can't get proper care without an accurate diagnosis, I appreciate his skills in providing correct information (I have several family members who were either not diagnosed or not diagnosed correctly and understand that diagnosis is critical to living well). I highly recommend!

Very happy with Dr. Smith. Easy to get into contact with him and he listens closely before he treats me...and I really feel like he knows his stuff. I am often 'on the go' so I especially like the efficiency of the multiple ways I can communicate with him.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Smith for over 15 years. He responds quickly to any request or question, he is an excellent diagnostician, and he cares deeply about his patients. He has always been tireless in his pursuit of solutions to our health issues. He has a broad range of experience and many, many colleagues from all specialties who trust and respect him.

Great doc who listens and is great to solve problems. Very responsive and thorough. Have been seeing him for several eyars and now will use him at his new office.

This was the most hideous Dr. appointment I have ever seen with my own eyes. My son has experienced wheezing and upper airway problems for nearly a year. While still asking questions about his symptoms and plan of care, he is walking backwards to get outside of the room. I was flabbergasted. Absolutely unacceptable!! Needless to say, he has been terminated as a PCP. I don’t want anyone else to be treated as if they are of no importance at all.

I haven't been around too many doctors who will really ask pertinent questions and listen to what you are saying He does. He is conservative in his treatments so if you are looking for a quick fix, he's not your man. However, if you are concerned about taking too many meds, he takes it slowly which is the best approach to me especially since too many doctors are ready to write a prescription after a cursory exam.
