Dr. Charles Michael Sauter

I have had only one dentist all my life .I had a regular check up 4 weeks before he retired ,he told me you have no cavities and they are strong and healthy.My son helped me find a new dentist who is Dr Sauter.l told his assistent that i just came for a check up and he stood behind me while i was facing his assistant so he heard everything.there was no introduction so i never saw his face.After pitures were taken he did not check my mouth but started immediately putting a hard layer on my third bottom left tooth and was acting like a bully and was very impolite and rude ,i have never been treated by anybody like i was trash and charged me $ 243 for this only .the worsed part was that while he did this he dug his 4 nails of his right hand real hard into my upper gums which was extremely painful. But when i got home i had my mouth full of cement like crumbles that made my tongue very sore for 7 days.My nose ,my upper lips ,my lower lips and chin and part of my cheeks were badly swolen ,all was painful and took 4 days ibuprofen every 4 hours.Now at the end of the day i have to take one ibuprofen before i go to bed because with laying down i feel pressure and nerve pain on my upper teeth. Love the staff there and they really care about my teeth to he healthy

Dr. Sauter and his ENTIRE team have been nothing but gracious and very knowledgeable. I have been a patient for a few years and have also recommended him to at least 8 of my dearest friends ALL of whom rave at what a wonderful experience it has been with practically painless procedures performed. was treated better here then at other dental offices.. Really like all the staff.. Dr Sauter and his staff are amazing. Dr Sauter isn't after just your money he cares about your teeth... I LOVE this Dentist and his office staff!!

Bought upper dentures they weren't 6 months old had to have them fixed three time and I to pay to have them fixed. DR Sauter told me he is not the one that made the teeth. I should not had to pay.

Dr. Sauter, highly professional in the way he approaches his work, is extraordinarily personable. Dr. Sauter treats his patients with considerable respect. A true gentleman in every sense of the word. Moreover, it has always been a pleasure to converse with him. Would I recommend Dr. Sauter? Absolutely.

I love this dentist. For years I went to a big name dentist that I saw on tv and there was always a long wait or schedule issues. The main doctor I always saw was nice and most of the staff was but there were a few times that I was very dissapointed in the service. Every time I went, there was something new "wrong" with my mouth. Always something new too, never the same thing. It was just their way of trying to get money out of me. But here, the whole staff is so very friendly and kind. There really isn't any wait. They have you in and out and work with your schedule. They have found no problems with my mouth or teeth and do not try to con me. I feel so comfortable here. I recomend this office to anyone and everyone! I love this dentist.
