First off at this office you see a different provider everytime you go. This provider did not take the time to read my son's health history and prescribed him the wrong inhaler for his asthma. This is after I clearly stated the name of the inhaler he uses that we needed a refill on. I did not find out until after picking it up from the pharmacy and bringing it home. After calling the pharmacy they let me know that is what he wrote for and they can't take it back due to COVID even though it had not been opened. So there was $50 just gone. I called and asked to speak to an office manager about this and it is now 3 weeks with no return phone call.
