Dr. Reel was very thorough, kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable Doctor with a professional bedside manner. I did not feel rushed. All of my questions were answered and I felt reassured. I highly recommend.

Wonderful, kind, caring physician. Been going to him for years and has always been exceptional.

If your life means anything to you, you should not see Charles Reel. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. First they ask for a lot of information on the intake forms that you should not have to give them, and the procedures of his practice are very shady. I was going to cancel just because of that, but needed seen asap. Charles is very rude an would not listen to a word I had to say. He talked over me and then even went as far as to talk over me and only listen to my husband. My husband could not answer his questions as my husband has memory issues. Charles then told me that I don't have what the urgent care doctor said I had. Without tests or anything he just wam bam said nope!!! He also said that my symptoms did not match what they said either. However my grandmother has what urgent care suspected and her symptoms match mine perfectly. When I asked him how so?... He said he is the doctor and he knows. However he did not see my episodes and would not listen to my symptoms, so I'm not sure how he came to that conclusion. The urgent care doctor and the er doc both saw my episode, but again he wouldn't even listen. I am the paying customer, if I ask a question I would expect to be given a real answer. An answer that has facts that stand behind it. All of my symptoms match what he says "I don't have". I am seeing a new Neurologist who disagrees with Charles and I will update this when results come back. If your life means anything to you, you should not see Charles Reel. The worst, most insensitive doctor. If I could give a zero star I would. If you want any type of help involving any health problems in this practice, do not choose this doctor.

Very shady!! I just tried to make an appointment with this office. I have a referral from another office to see a neurologist because I have numbness and pain in my arm after they gave me a b12 shot. The girl comes back to the phone and says, "The doctor said there is nothing we can do for you". WTH?! When I pressed for a reason why, no one could/would tell me. I asked for the office manager and again I asked, "Why would he refuse to help me?" Her response, "I was there when the doctor told the other girl, no we cant help you." Very unprofessional! Dr. Reel recently refused to see my son to provide a surgery clearance, even though he is already a patient. His office was contacted by the surgeon’s office directly and no professional courtesy. My son’s surgery had to be re-scheduled because of this office’s lack of professionalism and compassion. Would definitely not recommend.

I am a caregiver and have 2 clients who go to Dr. Reel. I find him not only very thorough but very respectful and patient with questions. He explains everything so well. The staff is not only very helpful but always friendly.

Dr. Reel and Tracie ordered a lot of thorough tests for several issues. It was extensive testing, but there were results and diagnoses, with detailed information. He obviously has experience and knowledge of the complicated nervous system, and kept searching for answers.

Dr. Reel was very thorough. He did many tests, as I requested, to identify the cause of the issues I was having. Neurology is just as much about ruling things out so you can get directed to the right direction if needed as treating neurological disorders. I'm very impressed with his dedication to my health and well-being.

This place is horrible! They charged me a $400. dollars “co-pay” on a EMG TEST for my insurance knowing that I didn’t have the money and I was in horrible pain. The next day I call another place and the other doctor charged me a normal co-pay of $15. doll. Horrible Doctor!!! Only out to suck as much money from you as he can to put in his pocket. Told me I had nothing wrong with me after weeks of testing. Went back to my original doctor only to find out I did have a problem a bad disk in my back and was having Aura migraines. He made me feel like I was crazy and just making it all up.Than to top it off gave me meds that had nothing to do with the type of migraines I was having and told me to take them it would help. Cost 100$ per pill told him my insurance didn't cover and the pharmacy and my doctor said that would not work for the type of migraines I was having he didn't care.Needless to say I will not ever go back to this doctor or office. I was encouraged to see Dr Reel by a patient of his. He carefully guided me in right direction, suggesting the appropriate testing and finally a treatment plan that has changed my life. Gone are the days of going to Dr. to Dr looking for answers. Thank-you Dr Reel.

I saw this practice for over 10 years for treatment of migraines and neck pain.. As a patient I tried everything they recommended . I had every test imaginable. There were only 2 medications that helped and Dr. Reel decided he wasn’t going to prescribe those any longer I saw a specialist they said I needed surgery after that surgery he kicked me out of his practice and refused to tell my primary dr why? His office staff lacks professionalism especially the office manager she is rude .

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Reel after receiving results of a pinched nerve on my spinal cord and osteoarthritis. I was desperate t find relief, even temporary. Instead, I was treated like a condition, not a patient. He had absolutely zero interest in the pain or discomfort I was dealing with. I came in with such hope and left feeling utterly hopeless and disgusted that I wasted more time and money with a doctor who could care less.

Would not recommend. Ordered all kinds of tests, told us the results, but offered no real suggestions for the issues at hand. Told us to followup with him in 3 months. The tests he ordered were thousands of dollars -- paid for by medicare and BCBS. Obviously he got what he wanted from the testing. He would not complete some paperwork that was requested of him. Office staff said their policy is to not complete forms. Told me to have another dr do it.That was the point of going to a specialist.

He has a policy that he DOES NOT call his patients. EVER. you have to wait over a month for results for ANYTHING!! Who ever heard of a dr who doesn't call his patients ??
