We are camping about 20 minutes from Montross. Last night, after munching on popcorn I was using dental floss and it got wedged between two tight molars. After attempting to pull it out a piece broke off wedged in place. This morning I called Dr. Palmer's office. I don't think they normally take walk in appointments but they were able to fit me in within a couple hours. Dr. Palmer quickly took care of the problem and showed me what to do if it happened again. The nice receptionist even looked up my insurance and filed it. Even gave me a sample pack of a better dental floss. Friendly staff, kind and gentle dentist! I am always very comfortable there.

This place was my first tooth extraction they we're so great at everything to the point I didn't even feel any pain through out the whole process. The receptionist was nice and the detal assistant was very informative and the dentist was on point. Even though I was very nervous everyone was very reassuring and answered any question if any were inquired. They were glad to even help me by calling my insurance provided ride to come and pick me up. Great service! Dr. Palmer was amazing !!! I'm so grateful to him & his staff for taking excellent care of me during my visit. I can honestly say that I'm not afraid to go back to him for future care. I've had my share of dental work in the past & NEVER have I had any work done that didn't hurt, one way or another. Dr. Palmer was so gentle & easy with me ......I cried from joy. Just not to be afraid to go back & get the rest of my work done. Thank you so very much !!! Dr. Palmer was amazing !!!
