Dr. Charles William Oconnell

When you need a compassionate caring doctor, do not seek the care of Dr. O’Connell. He leaves medical decisions up to patients and does not give medical advice, he asked me what he wanted him to do. For an emergency room doctor he sure lacks experience/compassion. I left the visit with no diagnosis and no plan of care. Be warned!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. O'Connell. He was warm, caring, and professional. He was not in a rush and took time with us although the Urgent Care was busy and filled with patients. He expedited the imaging study needed and explained my son's condition clearly to us. We are very grateful for his care as well and the staff at Scripps Urgent Care.

Apparently Dr. O', Connor and his pals stated there was nothing wrong. I was walking in home after being their UCSD ER for over 10 hours and them not believing and stating a EJ of 35 % and I'm only 42, and expressed extreme pain in my arm. I passed Ambulance picked me up , the hospital I was taken for a DVT in my upper arm and there is an ugly one. BP was 77/53. They are keeping because it appears I am in high probability of going into cardic failure. sad every patient is different
