Horrible Doctor, Never ever seen a doctor that won't help his patients. I was injured at work, he told me I was injured but I should be ok with over the counter meds. He sent me back to work injured, he did not even offer to give me a shot. I Suffered for hours until I could not take the pain anymore and went to see a GOOD ER Doctor he said "I can tell you are in pain" He gave me a shot, pain pills and muscle relaxers. Followed up with him I was great. Dr. Mok is a poor doctor with the worse bed side manner. His fingers dont work because he wont help you with any medications he is basically a waste of time don't bother going to see him. You Would Get A Better Medical Assistance At A Daycare with toddlers. This guy is just awful 1 star is too good for him!!!
1 Star Is Much Too High For Dr. Charles Mok In All My Life I have never met a doctor so rude and unwilling to help his patients. I was injured at work the man advised me I was injured but told me to take over the counter meds. He gave me no muscle relaxers, no treatment plan, nothing but a hard time. He sent me back to work in massive pain, finally I had to go to the ER to see a Real Doctor to get relief. I was given a shot, muscle relaxers and finally pain pills. I would not recommend him to treat your pet. He is that bad, I am a bubbly person and he made me sick to my stomach just talking to him. He comes off as arrogant, uncaring and Rude. Do Not Waste your time and money with this guy he is a joke

He does not listen to your concerns. If you say that you are in pain, he tells you that you shouldn't be in pain. I have never experienced this with any other physician. He has a lousy beside manner.
Hour and a half wait, tells me my work comp issue is a birth defect. I asked multiple times to see an Ortho and he said no. Wouldn't explain what was going on at all. Just threw pain pills at me every visit. Pitiful
