Dr. Charles Mark Millsap

This man is a butcher! He does not need to be practicing medicine! He has nearly blinded multiple patients, commits insurance fraud, not to mention he and his staff belittle their patients in front of other patients. He needs to be stopped before more people are hurt or blind due to his NEGLIGENCE AND MALPRACTICE!

I love Dr. Millsap. He took time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my eye and what needed to be done. He answered my questions and calmed my nerves. His staff was pleasant and courteous.

He diagnosed me with macular degeneration and didn’t even take the time to explain to me what it was or what to do for it. Just walked out of the room. His staff was incredibly rude as well. I got a second opinion and turns out he misdiagnosed me as well. I lost twice as much vision in my eye as I had to because he didn’t even bother with me. I have permanent damage to my vision because I clearly wasn’t worth his time.

Dr. Milsap is a complete disgrace to the medical profession! He saw my brother this past week for an eye injury that occurred 25 yrs ago and he treated him for. He said "I am too busy to write a recommendation for your treatment because I don't want to get tied up in a deposition". He was also pissed off at the woman he saw before my brother because she went to California to get a second opinion? He was yelling at her and my brother could hear. What a complete disgrace.

I love Dr. Milsap, but he has the nastiest personnel at check in and especially scheduling. Why would you work a job if you were that miserable doing it??? If Dr. Milsap had more competition in Owensboro. I would leave his practice! I would love to give him a higher score. It's his staff that makes his practice get a low score.

He took his time explained to you what he was doing and what was going on with my eye problem and I didn't have to wait but only a few minutes. Very professional and friendly staff. Would refer him for sure.
