Dr. Charles Mayer Miller

DO NOT LET DR. CHARLES MILLER DO SURGERY ON YOU! Three+ years ago, he performed surgery on my big toe due to arthritis, and I am permanently crippled now. I went to three other foot surgeons after this failed surgery, all of whom told me that this operation has an 85% success rate, but mine was a failure because he reamed out so much bone that no one can repair it now. There's not enough bone left for any other doctor to attach a new implant. STAY AWAY!

I just had a wonderful experience here today. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Callie and Addy made me feel calm as I had arrived with bad anxiety. Dr Miller was amazing and I felt no pain at all. His bedside manor was so warm and kind. He knew beforehand that Im chicken when it comes to pain and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He had such a great personality and it felt like I had known him for years. This was by far one of the best doctor experiences Ive ever had. I highly recommend him! I watch an elderly woman come in to the office on July 22, 2021, as she was informed that today was not her appointment. The receptionist Stephanie was mean, rude and totally unprofessional to her. I do not understand why Dr. Miller allows this behavior, as I am quite sure he knows and just does not care or he is afraid if these wi......... My personal experience was with my client, I won't go into detail, but later when I tried to address it over the phone, the thing on the other end refused to give me her name, as we were told later it was Stephanie. She was rude, lied to me, told me no when I requested to speak to an office manager, told me no when I asked to speak to the doctor. I believe since they have been allowed to displace this nasty, RUDE, etc. Behavior to their elderly patients she THOUGHT she was going to do the same to me. Unfortunate for her that I worked for agencies and know how to file effective complaints against her, the other rude staff member and her employer. And no I will not be bringing my client back to be subjected to these ugly, rude, unprofessional a........... I would advise anyone who has a problem with the unprofessional way they have been treated at this offices to file a complaint and find another doctor. I would not recommend this office to anyone. The staff and Dr Miller are great

A very dear friend of mine who has multiple sclerosis, venous insufficiency in her lower legs recently fell and broke a bone in her leg very close to her ankle. She was referred to him to go to after her x-rays. Doctor said she need a walking boot, a Cam Walker gave her the names of some places where she can go to get fitted. Well nobody had one big enough for her foot due to the swelling that she had from her other medical issues let alone the break so now she's walking around with a broken bone in her leg and she has difficulty walking as it is. She calls back to the doctor's office and tells them what's going on that they cannot find a boot to fit her foot her broken foot and she told a well go Google and find one yourself. Dr Miller is always pleasant and cares about patient.

Rude receptionist. Complaining short staffed. Argumentative. Only want money for x-rays. Dr. Miller barely listened or touched foot. Was out in 2 minutes. Went to urgent care after, got different diagnosis by 2 doctors working there and treated. I would never go back even if my foot was falling off.

Dr. Miller is a very knowledgeable Podiatrist. He treats all his patient with the upmost respect and courtesy. Highly recommend him for anything to do with foot health & maintenance. His Staff is very considerate and agreeable.

Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable about a wide range of foot problems including difficult injuries. He will refer you to Dr Haddon for help. Because of him I can walk with far less pain now.

Always able to diagnose and treat my foot conditions. Staff is also attentive when I call.

He is wonderful. Answers all your questions. Would recommend him to all friends. .

Dr. Miller is a great Doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable and treats his patients with understanding and respect! I am very happy with him as my doctor!

Dr Miller preformed two separate surgeries on my feet on two separate occasions, one on each foot and I have never had any problems since. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Miller and staff are very professional. I had 2 foot surgeries with minimal issues (actually no issues).
