Dr. Charles Barry May

Dr May is a great doctor. One of the best in Columbus. He sold his practice and he works for the new company. If you make a appointment you see him for the first and only time for your initial visit then you are sent to one of the other doctors who don't have a clue what their doing. You never see Dr May again even if you ask. The staff has no idea what their doing. The company is to cheap to pay someone to transfer your paper work over to their new computer system. I've been seeing Dr May since 2005 and I'm starting all over again with new people trying to figure out my case. It's sad but a good office has been bought out and it's ruined. I think doctor may is awesome

Bad service. Rude. Evasive. Inacurate patient files. Can never get through to the doctor’s office. The moAt unprofessional office I have ever visited. However, Dr. May is a fine Doctor.

I have been a patient of Doctor May for 4 years. I have always been treated with respect, they value your time and attempt to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are very good working with my insurance and file all necessary paperwork in a timely manor. I would refer Dr. may's office to anyone that injured about the quality of care. Bad doctor May is a horse doctor

Empoyees are rude. From receptionist to nurses! Not professional in dealing with patients. Still using old tools from scheduling(monthly planner calender paper) to x-ray (been 30 years since l had x-ray using those manual film insert!!!) etc. Dr. May was good. I won’t recommend this practice to anybody. Leaving their practice!!!

Dr. May is great. On top of everything. Unfortunately, my 3 times at this office in recent months, I have been with 3 different providers. The phone system after hours does not accept or allow messages to office. Paper work at the office is done mainly on paper, which is a seemingly slow process for everyone involved. Scheduling staff could be improved. Mainly drawn upon the idea that they have thier own certain way of specifically doing things and communicating, which makes me feel they did not attend to my special needs. Hippa (patient infromation) strung about the desks disheveled. Gossiping amongst themselves while patients are waiting to be scheduled. Concerns with provider were addressed, after reiterating condition from related injury. Not thrilled about going back to this office. Though apparently suites to the needs of many, judged upon the many weeks out of schedule. This office is also closed on Fridays, and I was told by scheduler that Dr. May only sees patients in the morning. Dr. May is great. On top of everything. I have been under Dr. May's excellent care since Jan. of 2014. You could not ask for a better doctor. His staff is so nice that I look forward to seeing them all. The best part of the whole appointment is seeing nurse practitioner, Hillary. She is very good at what she does!!!
