I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lee and his staff. I needed two crowns replaced (that are visible with my smile) and Dr. Lee was very professional and meticulous during the whole process. I am very pleased with the quality work he performed and the finished product. This has definitely positively impacted my confidence in my smile!

I absolutely love Dr. Lee's office and I would never go anywhere else! Dr. Lee always does a great job at keeping me calm during my appointments. I am always so pleased by the courteous staff. A+ service all around every time. Thank you for providing all levels of service to me and my family.

I’ve been coming to them for years and years and I’ve never been met with anything but total professionalism, friendliness and the best service you could ever get! From beginning to end, this is a top notch dentistry office and you should definitely definitely give them a try! You will not be disappointed????????❤️

If it got any better, I'd move in. Best looking dentist out of hundreds of hours in dental chairs .Gentle. Listens. Probably an over achiever. Comforting to know there is a dentist like this in my lifetime. Definitely a five star dentist.

The office was very clean and well appointed. The facility and staff are in complete compliance with COVID19 protocols and they keep their doors locked to prevent people from entering without a mask. They checked my temperature before I could enter as well. When I made my appointment three weeks ago, I was advised to download and complete all of the required forms for my initial visit. I only had to read and sign an updated COVID19 questionnaire; just two pages, and I was immediately guided to an examination room by a very nice Dental Tech named Leah. Dr. Lee was gracious and professional and Leah did my full mouth x-rays with ease. Next, after getting immediate relief from a painfully jagged tooth, I met Melanie who scheduled my next appointment. She was also very courteous and professional. Finally, Melanie escorted me to the door. We have been going to Dr. Lee for years and have been very happy. I am even more impressed with him now, because I fell asleep in their waiting room while waiting for my daughter, forgetting that I had my wedding ring sitting on my lap (I took it off to put lotion on). When I got up, it fell into a little nook in the frame of the couch, and Dr. Lee spent half an hour cutting the bottom of the couch open to find it! He got it out using a stick and dental wax! Relaxing office to visit and everyone is friendly

Dr. Lee and his staff are awesome. I had an 8am appointment and was seen immediately. Took less than 40 minutes for a procedure. That is service! This is not just once...they do it EVERYTIME!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lee for some years now. I will not go to any other practice - EVER!!!! Their staff is so friendly and caring that they make you feel like family which is such a breath of fresh air since customer doesn’t exist anymore (in any industry). My Wife, daughter and I have used Dr Lee for years. We feel right at home as soon as we walk through the door. This is not your typical Dentist office. I just had the most amazing dental experience! Had to have a crown replaced... My past experience with crowns have always been painful but today's procedure with Dr. Lee was completely pain-free! Dr. Lee is kind and compassionate. He explains everything he is doing, even as he is working on your teeth. He is super knowledgeable and confident in his work. His dental hygienists do great cleanings and his wife Melanie who manages the office is amazing. She is always helpful and makes you feel at home. I have been seeing Dr. Lee for several years now and am quite happy with his facility and services. Kendall is my hygienist and is terrific. I love Dr. Lee and his staff. They are always friendly and on time. Best of all, Iv'e never had one bit of pain with any procedure! The office is very clean and nicely decorated.

Staff is rude and condescending. Dr. Lee is great but his staff referred to my teeths condition as meth mouth and that is far from the truth. They have lost a good bit of business from my family and others because of this type of demeaning behavior.

Kendall was my dental hygienist, she was terrible. She had a very heavy hand, made me bleed (my teeth are PERFECT), I had to ask her to stop. Spoke with Dr. Charles Lee about receiving the most painful cleaning ever from her, and he couldn't have cared less. He made no apologies. I actually sat there and cried and he was completely stoic and actually defended the hygienist. Needless to say, I won't be back. There are a half-dozen good dentists in the area - Don't choose this one. Dentists are a dime a dozen, and this one's not worth your time. Kendall was my dental hygienist, she was terrible. I've been using Dr Lee as a dentist since I moved to Hoschton, GA three years ago. He was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I have been extremely pleased with his dental care. He and his staff are always friendly and courteous. His temporary crowns are some of the best I've ever had, and have never had one come loose while waiting for the permanent crown. He takes time to explain my treatment, and the specialists he has referred me to when needed have also done excellent work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. I've been a patient of Dr. Lee's since 2008. I drive an hour from Atlanta just to go to him because he is the best! The first time I saw him I was very nervous and scared. My previous dentist tried to sell me $700 worth of teeth cleaning products and told me my gums were terrible. (I have never had a cavity and do NOT have any issues with my gums.) I expressed my concerns to Dr. Lee and he put me at ease right away. His staff is very friendly and I look forward to going each time! My son and I have been patients of Dr Lee since 2003. We drive from Lilburn,GA to have our dental work done by Dr Lee and his awesome staff. Kendall has always been our hygienist and we both love getting our teeth cleaned by her. We also like the fact that they are always on time with out appointments!
