Dr. Charles Michael Kurtzer

My elderly parents have visited Dr. Kurtzer's office a few times now and have found his service very professional. He is a pleasant and knowledgeable Dr., however, at each visit, my parents have had a terrible experience dealing with his office staff. Several times my mom complained that she had requested for the whirlpool before scheduling the appointment and was rudely denied the service of that when she was there. Today I called to make an appointment for my parents and the office staff was NASTY in the way they spoke. I asked for their names and they hung up the phone on me twice. I called back to ask to speak with the Doctor and they stated “drop the attitude” and again hung up. They said I was harassing them, however, they are the ones that do not know how to speak to patients in a proper manner. This is not the first incident that has happened.
