Everday for the last 3 weeks between 8am-12pm they wont answer the phone, I am in serous pain and they wont answer

He’s a good dr.

My wife and I contacted Dr Herring's office to become new patients. We provided our medical history, meds and insurance information.. We were told that in 5 to 6 days was would be notified if we were accepted. We have now waited 2 months. During this time my wife called the office 4 times and I called twice for an update. Each time they asked for our phone number and said they would check and return a call. On no occasion did we receive a phone call or follow up information. During the 6th phone call I was told that the nurse asked the doctor in the hall and his comment was that it would not be a good fit. So this type of review took 2 months? Dr. Herring has always been an excellent doctor to me. Very caring and listens to what you have to say and doesn’t rush you out . He is very knowledgeable about medications. He always orders the tests needed to find the problem in a timely manner. I’m sad that he is moving his practice to Perrysburg Family Physicians. That’s 1 hour drive for me, but I’m going to follow my doctor because I like him and believe he has my best interests at heart to keep me healthy. Dr. House did my yearly work physical. He asked "Can you see me?" To which I replied "Yes." He then asked, "Can you hear me?" To which I replied "Yes." (All of which took five minutes tops). He then charged me $175 with a straight face.

Dr House provided excellent service, his staff 's proficiency and communication skills provided a great experience in providing needed information. Keep up the great client service.

My name is Debbie and recently became a patient of Dr. House, God must of guided me because for the first time with a new Doctor had my first and all of my office visits treated with care and patience, Dr, House was not in a hurry to get me out of the office visit just as quick as i came in there , he took alot of time with me and went over and above ive ever know any doctor to take care the time to explain everything in detail and then some. I hope to stay a patient with Dr. House for years to come. And also the Ladiees int he office are great, friendly, and kind, and are on the ball with scripts.
