Botched my sons hypospadias repair. Bedside manner sucked was unconcerned with the complications.

Need to change their insurance policy! They called me and asked for her insurance info. I was at work and didn't have it and said I could bring it to the appointment. They said no, we have to have it over the phone before the appointment or you'll have to reschedule. I wouldn't make it home before they closed to get the info and call them back with it, and since her appt was the next morning, they told me to cancel. I'll be finding a different Doctor.
