Wonderful doctor! Would highly recommend.

I have known Dr. Hopkins since he set my Mother's broken hip in 1995 and he has always exhibited the very highest standards of the medical profession. Whatever, he tells me to do, I do because I have the utmost confidence in his knowledge of my situation. Today's visit was a follow up to my broken hip, but he is also responsible for my wife's knee replacement. We thank God that Dr. Hopkins practices in Griffin!!!!

Terrible injury to my shoulder. Detailed about what was needed for repair, timeline and recovery options. Loved the straightforward communication and the care and attention during the entire process. Glad to not be rushed and make sure healing time was on target. Definitely evident Dr. Hopkins puts patients first.

Dr. Hopkins is a great doctor. He repaired my broken heel and ruptured achilles in quick fashion. I love his to the point no BS attitude. He listens to your concerns and gives you his analysis, no sugar coating. If you want a great orthopedic surgeon , he's your guy. Thanks Doc for all you've done for me.

He is Very Rude & Doesn’t Know how to talk to people he has a very smart mouth and comes off prejudice to me, I listen to how he talk to others his skin color and it’s never the same I will not advised anyone to visit him..

Dr Hopkins and his staff have been wonderful. Dr Hopkins did surgery on my wrist that was broken due to an accident. He placed metal and screws. It has only been six weeks and my wrist is almost fully functional. I am a dental hygienist and I am already back at work. He has been a life saver. He has always been very kind and understanding throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hopkins found a major problem with a recent hip replacement I'd had done by another doctor. He repaired the problem very satiafactorily.

Dr. Hopkins was willing to think outside the box on treating me. I had been in pain for 18 months after seeing 4 doctors. I had received physical therapy twice and 2 steroid injections. Once he injected my own platelet rich plasma...I received the relief. I am so grateful.

Dr Hopkins has operated on me 4 time over the past 10 years, both shoulders and both knees. the most recent was a knee replacement on January 21, 2020. Today I was dismissed for 6 month and have excellent extension and flexion. Dr. Hopkins and his staff have always been professional and kind to me. Should I ever need other orthopedic care Dr Hopkins is where I will go.

I had surgery on my left shoulder by another ortho doctor in July of 2019 and was still having a lot of pain and lack of mobility. I had been going to physical therapy after the surgery but the pain kept getting worse so I went to see Dr. Hopkins for a second opinion. His office staff was professional and empathetic to my issue. Dr. Hopkins was very thorough when I saw him. We tried a couple of non-surgical options to begin with and quickly found that the issue wasn't going away. He then sent me for an MRI and after reading the results, he scheduled surgery to repair some torn cartilage as well as a couple of other issues he found with my shoulder. It has now been 2 weeks since my surgery and I can honestly say that I have little to no pain and have regained mobility on that left shoulder. I will definitely recommend Dr. Hopkins to anyone I know that needs an ortho doctor/surgeon!

A surgeon like no other. I am pain free and getting my life back. A highly skilled professional. Discussed surgery details with me until I understood what would take place. He has performed surgery on several members of my family with great results on each.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hopkins for many years, and he has put me back together after quite a few horse-related injuries. I really appreciate his expertise and skill, and his office staff could not be nicer!

Went in with pain and left in pain. Told it should be treated through physical therapy and misdiagnosised. Upon getting a second opinion I was in so much pain and it worsened. Definitely wasted money and time.

I have seen Dr. Hopkins for two different problems in the two years. He has been through and knowledgeable about both issue.

My wife and I both have had surgeries performed by Dr. Hopkins. We were pleased not only with the results but with the attention and care Dr. Hopkins and his staff provided. They were able to explain procedures in a way that were easy for us to understand. When a problem arises, his office works to make sure you are seen in a timely manner.

I found Dr. Hopkins and his staff very friendly and caring. It was my first visit and he listened to my concerns and fears. He numbed my knee prior to administering the cortisone injection and it was practically painless. Therefore he receives an excellent: 5 star rating from me. Lisa G. Rowell

Dr. Hopkins has been my surgeon for many years. Today, I returned for a follow-up visit... post-surgery and he accused me of trying to falsify a document I needed for my job.The information on the document contained all of the information in my medical records of by the way were notes from his dictation. Had he reviewed my records before accusing me falsely, he would have known that before insulting me. After reviewing my records, he came back and said, oh yeah... your limitations are permanent.

My son is a varsity football player and has had to see Dr. Hopkins multiple times for injuries. Dr. Hopkins did a wonderful job surgically repairing his thumb that he laid all the way down to his wrist pulling all the ligaments away. He made a full recovery! Love Dr. Hopkins!

Dr. Hopkins and his staff took very good care of me with a recent injury. He made every effort to make sure that my case was handled quickly and smoothly. He is an excellent surgeon. He is very decisive and doesn't beat around the bush in making recommendations, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Hopkins treated my son, a high school football quarterback, for a broken shoulder, on his throwing arm side. He was extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable with sports medicine. He is good as new. He also recently treated me for a rupture in my right calf gastrocneimus and soleus muscles. He did a great job of evaluating and treating my injuries-now I am moving on to PT for a month and hope to be good as new. We would highly recommend Dr. Hopkins and his staff.

My 6 year old son broke his wrist and went to see Dr. Hopkins. He does not except our insurance which was fine, I was willing to pay. I asked if I could pay a down payment and set up a payment arrangement and was told no. Then, he would not except a check. While I was waiting to pay a $2000.00 bill with a credit card I informed the office manager of my complaint. I am the COO of a physicians office with multiple locations and we would never treat any patient in such a manner. Please share

Dr. Hopkins did the surgery on my husband's right knee. He did an amazing job! I cannot say enough good things! My husband had two torn cartilages. He feels so much better now, thanks to Dr. Hopkins!! Great JOB!! He had a great assistant that always returned our calls and gave great advice, as well.... J Cross

Slow moving office visits. Been here waiting an hour since appointment time. Still haven't seen the doctor.
