Did an awesome job on my surgery
Excellent . Referred to him for emergency bowel resection of the small intestine. Upon meeting in the ER he explained well with the procedure would be and made me feel completely comfortable. The surgery went well. The staff at SSM hospital or above and beyond what anyone could expect. I would recommend Dr. Hartman as your primary care physician and if you ever need a surgeon he’s very well experienced.
I was referred to Dr. Hartman for emergency laparotomy. He made me feel very comfortable, explaining the procedure. Surgery went very well. The staff at Lake Saint Louis SSM hospital Took very good care of me

Didn’t listen to a word I had to say about me knowing my own body. Acted like I was just another notch is his surgery belt. Also, whenever I cancelled the appointment, the lady had the nerve to ask me why I’m cancelling. When I told her I’m getting a second opinion, she goes “consider it cancelled” and hung up on me.

He is a great doctor who recently performed a hernia surgery repair on me. He has great bedside manors and did a great job very thorough.
Dr. Hartman is an amazing general surgeon and I am so thankful to have found him! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

His bedside manor was horrid,but the arrogance he displayed was plentiful during our office visit. Was very disappointed!
