Very pleasant office on the phone. Called and they answered right away. They give appts really quick.

Dr. Gates operated on my wife to remove her thyroid. He was very thorough and his bedside manner is outstanding. He really cares about his patients.

Dr Gates performed two surgeries on me over the past year. His manner is extremely attentive and I have full confidence in his opinion and ability. His office kept up with me to see how I was doing and scheduled multiple post-op appointments so he could track my progress. He is a caring doctor, which is so appreciated.
