I was a patient of dr flack when I was young, the reason I left is because he made me feel very uncomfortable. He pointed to my chest and said wow, you grew. Very unprofessional, and very creepy.

We have been going to this office for 22 years for multiple children. They are VERY efficient. The reason for long appointment waits is because there are hardly any pediatric urologists! Dr Flack was the only one in S FL for the past 20 years. It takes many extra years of medical school to become this specialist. So, yeah, you may have to wait for the appt. My suggestion? Have your pediatrician call them to make the appt. If it’s urgent, they accommodate you. I’ve gotten next day appointments. Good luck! I can not make an appointment for my daughter or even get a prescription refill. No one answers the phone. I have tried multiple times over the last two months.

I have been trying to contact the office for 2 weeks now just to schedule an appointment for my daughter who was sent by her pediatrician. I’ve left 3 voicemails & have yet to get a phone call back. A simple call back is asking to much from this office!

Called physician's office before my son was born to ensure they would perform his circumcision. They refused to set up an appointment. I called when my son was born and was told he had to be 10 pounds or more before they would perform the procedure. Called when my son was 10 pounds and was told they still couldn't perform the procedure because now he was older than 12 weeks. How about just say you don't want to do the procedure. Now I am having difficulty finding a physician to perform the procedure because I was waiting on Dr. Flack and was given the run around and told lie after lie after lie! Now, my son is the one paying the consequences for his inaction!!!! Stay away from this office and this provider.

Dr. Flack is amazing beyond words. In the scariest times in our family’s lives he went above and beyond to take care of my child, answer any and every question I had. He made everything 1,000 times easier on a scared mom! Highly recommend!!

Too busy, no time for the patient.

Completely unprofessional office. Had a urgent appointment for my 3 y/o that has recurrent pain when going to the bathroom. Got to the so called boca location (wrong address on their automated system, so good luck finding the place) and no one was there. No one called to reschedule even though they claim they did. I had to call and spend 20 mins on hold for them to tell me that they need to reset and the next available is over a month away. So if your child is in pain and needs to see a professional, look for an office that actually cares. Completely unprofessional office. Doctor Flack is a great doctor, he prformed surgery on my son, everything came out perfect. He genuinely cares about the patients.

Dr. Flack is an outstanding urologist and surgeon. He saw my 6 month old son for emergency surgery and went above and beyond to help him. He truly cares for his patients and he is very good at what he does. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

My daughter Tatiana has been seen by dr Flack since she was born she’s now 13 years old and is still been seen by him. She has a surgery done by him last year best experience ever they had me updated at all times. Best doctor ever strongly recommended

Dr Flack is great. The surgery he did on my son was successful. He made my son (4 years old) feel comfortable and my son was smiling while headed to the OR. Very happy with Dr Flack and his staff.

We took our daughter to this Dr for more than 2 yrs b/c of recurring UTIs, during all this time she only saw the PA & was put on a daily dose of antibiotics, which didn't really work, then she started feeling bad, her stomach hurt a lot and I told the PA but she dismissed the antibiotics as the cause, it turns out that after many visits to the ER, tests, weeks of missing school, the antibiotics were the cause and yrs later she is still recovering. I will NOT put any kid through this hell!

Dr. Flack is great! The best pediatric urology doctor.

Dr. Flack was AMAZING!! Such a good and caring Doctor and Evelyn the nurse was great !! I would definitely recommend them. Also the staff was so nice especially Shela!!

Dr. Flack is amazing! He did surgery on our two year old. They kept us updated every 20 minutes of her surgery. He is an amazing surgeon, a year later and you can barely see her scar. Definitely recommend seeing him if your child needs a urologist.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter. The lady (Maldonado) was beyond rude. I said what I needed and provided her insurance information. She stated she didn't find her insurance info. I said she has insurance, we just went to Dr and had a kidney ultrasound and her insurance was fine yesterday. I asked to make the appointment then she can call or try insurance again. She said ok well " I'll make the appointment, but with no insurance is $450 for this and $200 for that in rude voice.

Words can't describe the experience this Doctor and his staff treats patients and families. My 10 month old child Chase was under his care. During the surgery he send a nurse out every 30 min or so to update us. They call you back almost immediately of you have questions. They don't hide their cell numbers. Allow you to send pictures. If all Doctors ran a prarice like this healthcare would be unsurpassed in America. Thank you Dr Flak and staff. He also allowed me to face-time an appointment

Our 10 month old son had surgery on April 5th 2017 with Dr Flack and from the very first visit to the latest post op appointment we have been beyond impressed with the professionalism and empathy that has been given to our son and us as parents. It's a moms worst nightmare to have to give her infant baby surgery and entrust another to perform such act. To ease our minds we got 30 min updates during the surgery- he didn't have to do that!! So blessed that our baby was cared for so well! Thank you

Dr Flack has been amazing with my son. He has been caring and patient. He has always answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Thank you.

AWFUL!!! Think you are seeing the Dr and its the PA. Charge you upfront at time of service then send to insurance company and bill patient again for items that were already paid at time of service. Attempt to speak to front office and they call you back several days later. Unfortunate he is only pediatric urologist around because its not worth the hassle of going there.

You do have to wait, but he is an AMAZING doctor who will find a solution to your problems.

Never saw the physican. Nurse practitioner was good but I think as a new patient the least that the doctor can do is come and spend 5 minutes with our son. $880 later for a nurse practitioner visit and a simple ultrasound.

Dr Flack and his Nurse Practioner are AMAZING doctor. He takes his time and explains and answers all your questions. My 7 year old felt very comfortable with them both!!! The office staff was friendly helpful and accomodating. Yes you have to wait sometimss for your appointments but that is because he is the best and is very busy.
