While Dr. Fenton may be good for things like the common cold, flu, and standard vaccinations, he was not good for more complex situations like a combination of high blood pressure and diabetes. I would recommend Dr. Fenton only to healthy people.

I have been seeing Dr. fenton for over 20 years. I admire and love this man and trust everything he says. He listens very carefully and answers all questions. I never feel rushed. He is the best.

Wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to respond to his patients in the off hours. Sincerely cares about the patients he sees and listens intently. Disregard the reviews about check ins and such. That's on the office management, not the attending...and contrary to the experience my family and I have had.

Horrible service and staff had no idea what they were doing. Told the doc I was leaving and he apologized and said they were working to improve and I should “give them one more shot”. Later was told I had to physically drive there to pickup a prescription refill even though I never had to before. Asked multiple times to confirm and when I did take time off work to drive to pick it up, they said it could have been called in and I didn’t need to come in. This was all too common and should’ve left when I originally planned instead of waiting for another inevitable mistake. How this office is still open is baffling. Left his practice after 20 plus years, would not listen anymore!!Thrilled where I went to..

Appropriately cautious, thorough, personable, and friendly, Dr. Fenton is what a family practitioner should be. Definitely the stand-out doctor in Wayland, and when he's with you, he's focused on you. Never feels like he's rushing -- though as booked as he is, you know he's moving quickly. Great guy and highly recommended.

I’ve been with Dr. Fenton, since before he had his own practice. He’s caring, thorough, considerate and always willing to listen. He doesn’t just say “test, test, blood work, blood work”, but try’s the most effective treatment w/o jumping to the highest priced test or anything of that nature. I always recommend him to any and everyone looking for for a great Doctor.

I drive 1.5 hours 1 way just to keep him as my Dr. He's personable, very thorough with a "let's not mess around attitude"! I've never waited overly long for him but if I had to, I wouldn't be complaining considering the amount of time he is willing to spend with each patient! Anyone not satisfied with the care he provides may be those that are impossible to please and only see thing's one sided. After all he does advocate for patient care, etc... Dr. Like him is hard to find I highly recommend!

Completely ignores my lab results and fails to refill my medicine. Btw, I have hypothyroidism and have been drawing consistently normal on the same dosage for years, so I know I'm not being unreasonable.

There is a better way to get the patient checked in. You have to stand in line or lose your place. This is difficult for the elderly or those that are very ill. Get some numbers so people can set down quickly without the long check in times. Fix this outdated system and care for people that cannot stand in line for 10 to 20 minutes or longer. Had very good treatment working with Dr. Fenton across the last 15 years.

We've been patients of Dr. Fenton for about 2 decades. He's a multi-generational provider. Doctor to an 88 year-old parent and continues as the primary for a grown child. Our experience is that he has a holistic approach to patient care and is invested in his clients and practice. His recommendations for specialized practice when required, have been spot on.

Dr. Fenton is difficult to get in to see and does not have or take the time to truly know his patients on an individual basis. He oders tests without consent and makes referrals without consulting with the patient first.
