Absolutely amazing! I felt like I was at the end of my rope, both with my marriage and my life. He helped me with not only communicating with my husband but also communicating with the general public. I feel more alive now then I ever have and I owe that to Dr.Chuck and him reminding me it’s totally okay to be vulnerable, not only with myself, but with all people.

Overall very disappointed. Charles Diviney "Dr. Chuck" unexpectedly cancelled our appointments 5-6 times! He would cancel even after email "confirmation" day of and day before. Some appointments he cancelled an hour before the appointment itself, just minutes before we were walking out the door! He blamed each cancellation on "family emergencies." While certainly emergencies happen and we were absolutely understanding, after the fifth or sixth "family emergency," we started to wonder. We don't need a therapist who has more problems than we do! As a family who juggles work, children, (and a life in general), this became ridiculous and frustrating. Anyone who seeks counseling is aware it is difficult enough to schedule appointments, let alone plan your life around (and look forward to an appointment) just to have so many unexpected cancellations. He is one of the leaders in Addiction Recovery in Salt Lake City and I have done his CBT classes and a few others. Great alternative to Valley Mental Health and I have reccomended him to friends facing court imposed classes and they think just as highly of him as I do. Thanks for all you do.

He saved my life. He listens, offers several good resolutions. Not at any time did I feel like I had lost control - Chuck helped me maintain control.

Chuck is a down to earth realist who understands the challenges teenagers face especially in divorced parent situations. He is not afraid to tell a parent that they are the problem if that is the case. Others have used this site to be vindictive against Dr. Diviney for disagreeing with their inappropriate behaviors.
