Dr Carttar was the best primary care physican I ever had. He took me in as a patient when many doctors turned me away due to my overwhelming health problems. He is kind, caring and eager to listen to his patients. I am saddened he retired last year. Ive been unable to replace him. ?? ??
Dr. Charles Carter, If he is your doctor consider yourself very lucky!!!! He is a fantastic doctor who helped me even though he was not my doctor. If Mr. Charles was not a caring man and person I would have lost a toe or possibly worse!!! Dr. Charles thank you very much for caring for my situation and getting my foot healed.
