About Dr. Charles Allen Beard

Dr. Beard is incredibly rude and has no compassion. He spoke to my sweet grandpa like he was an idiot, just because he's 95 years old and has Parkinson's. It takes him a moment to get his words out. Dr. Beard complained about having to clean out my grandpa's compacted ear wax (said it was "obscene" that people go to the doctor and waste their time for that), then was rough with him and made him bleed. When my grandpa said it hurt, he said "yeah, it DOES hurt." He was also very rude to my neice, who took grandpa to the doctor. This isn't a one time thing, either. When my elderly father was living, over 15 years ago, he saw Dr. Beard, and was treated the same way. Dr. Beard told my father he didn't care whether he got well or not, he wanted paid. I know not every doctor has great bedside manner, but this was beyond.
