I am very amazed by the negative reviews. Dr. Trinh is very Professional with her patient and she cares a lot about them . I am willing to pay dr Trinh out of network just because she is always there to help me and calm . Also she hs lots of knowledges and most important she response immediately when I have a problem.
Dr. Trinh was assigned as the primary MD for my father in WestChester nursing home. Today I spoke with her regarding a new development in his healthcare and I have never been treated so rudely by a professional in my life! When I asked about his health problems she first said that I should follow up with a specialist, then when she learned he was long term she said that it was fine that he has these problems because he's old. She was rude, condescending, and tried to rush off the phone. Seniors deserve quality medical care, not every health problem needs to be brushed off as it's just "old age."
Rude, talks over you when try to ask questions. Asked me why I asked her questions because "I'm not the doctor." Hung up phone on me. If I could give zero stars I would. Should NOT be in health field.
Extremely rude to family members trying to facilitate care for patient. Poor treatment for ongoing respiratory infection. VPatient is seen in SNF not office.
