She’s great to me and my twins I had went to her when I was younger and loved her so much I brought my twins to her I know they are in great hands with her.

So, Dr Delancour is a great dr, really like her, she is great with my kids and her nurses are AMAZING, BUT I will only give two stars to this facility because the girls that answer the phones in the front are so rude!! Dr Dalencour listens to not only myself but my children as well. She established great relationships with my children throughout their lives and she even remembers their names and previous visits. She is right about EVERYTHING, and I have learned to trust her with my whole heart. My children are my world, and she knows this. As a result, she always takes the time to make sure I’m okay as well as the children. She scorned me when I allowed my son to sit in the front seat (he snitched) and she tells me when I’m wrong. I love that about her. It’s not just her medical knowledge that makes her stand out. It’s the manner in which she socializes and communicates as well. I just love her to pieces.

I absolutely love Dr. Dalencour. She is very thorough and you can tell she loves her career. She takes her time with the children and she tells you like it is. I love that about her. I've been with her for 15 years now and I will recommend Dr Dalencour to anyone. Thank you so much for all you do.

Love Dr. Patel. Drive an hour one way to see her. Honest, not fear driven pediatrics.

Worst dr I’ve ever taken my daughter too.. I’ve only been able to get my daughter in to see her once and that was the very first visit. Since then I’ve called multiple times and only get a voicemail, I’ve left numerous voicemails and still never get called back. I always end up having to go to the after hours clinic in Avon. I have now filed to switch healthcare companies so I can get a better pediatrician. Worst dr I’ve ever taken my daughter too.. Great doctor, she's very friendly and polite and knows her work. However I gave 4 stars because the wait can be dreadful especially when you have a kid crying.

Dr. Dalencour is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy - she has yet to misdiagnose our 1 1/2 year old (in fact, she usually knows what's wrong as soon as she looks at her). She does have a strong personality and is pretty (or even too) serious sometimes, but she makes up for it by being great at what she does!!! The staff is great too, very quick when giving vaccines. I've also been able to get in with a few emergencies with no problem.

Dr. Dalencour isn't our regular doctor but we saw her since she was able to get us in that day as my daughter had a fever. She had zero personality, didn't smile or really ask any questions, was pushy about us making a well visit with our doctor even though I had already talked to him about it and had a plan.

Dr. Dalencour is an exceptional doctor. She is very thorough and well advised of my son. Happy to recommend her to anyone. My only issue is you wait a while to be seen by the doctor. Hopefully they can resolve this issue so it's a faster process for visits.

Dr Dalencour is a wonderful physician. She takes the time to explain each step, not only to me(Mom) but my daughter as well. When your going through an illness that is somewhat difficult, turns into a lengthy process, you appreciate having such an outstanding physician. The hospital she referred us to was amazing. All the staff treated us very well. We are all very pleased with the services we receive from Dr. Dalencour.

This is my nephews doctor, she's amazing doctor, I really recommend her. She has great bedside manner with children and answers your questions, I would for sure give her a recommendation of her services.
