Dr. Chandra Rhodes Williams

I am in process of having dental implants. Due to having many missing teeth, I have some bone loss. Due to Dr. Williams excellent dentistry skills, the bone loss is being recovered and I am on pace to have my smile restored.

The professional and friendly staff greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I did not wait long before being seen. The office is very clean and well organized. When Dr. Williams greeted me she was very knowledgeable of my situation and thoroughly explained the treatment I would need. I would definitely recommend Dr. Williams to my friends and family.

My daughter went to this dentist. I was a non insurance patient. A month her of three paying out of pocket ! First she missed diagnosed my daughter. Charged me for treatment she did NOT DO. I asked for a refund. The office worker gave me the refund with loads of apologies. THEY WROTE ME A REFUND CHECK THAT BOUNCED !!!! I never could talk to Miss Williams. They said no dentist ever talks to patients on the phone, I would have to bring her in. EXCUSE ME ???? Another office visit , not To mention it had nothing to do with my daughter , it was her finances. I would not let this lady practice her on a pet rat. This happened years ago but the way it was handled was so unprofessional. She tried to blame EVERYTHING on staff. Ummm ur staff did not say my daughter needs this done , and U don’t do it but charged me like you did. U R going to send me somewhere else and charge for what they R going to do ??? LAME Y is her face blacked out on picture ??? Fishy !

I want everyone to know Dr. Williams is an amazing dentist. The staff is very professional. I think Dr. Williams goes above and beyond trying to keep her patients and staff safe during these covid-19 times. The staff have to be well to come to work.The patient temperature is checked upon arrival and if the patient is not feeling well they ask you to reschedule your appointment. There are air filters and plexiglass throughout the office. The restroom is cleaned after each use. You have to sanitize your hands before going back for your service. Well lit, pleasant atmosphere, and clean environment. Staff members were courteous, kind, patient, and very professional. Dr. Chandra's consultation was in depth and easy to comprehend. I would recommend this facility for any new or incomplacent patient that is searching for a great Dentist that will adhere to their needs.

Always the best care. Dr. Williams has been my dentist for 15 year plus. I trust her to make the best decisions with all my dental work. Great chair side manners. I plan to take my teeth with me to my grave and she works hard to make it happen.

I have regularly visited this office for all types of dental care over the past 5 years or so (bi-annual cleanings, crown, cavities filled, etc.) the service is always prompt and friendly. I really appreciate how you find out what the cost of care is upfront so that you're not hit with any suprises with what you will be billed for services after treatments are done. I visited the office twice since COVID-19 restrictions. All medical guidelines to prevent the spread of disease are being followed. I highly recommend this office to anyone with any type of dental needs. They are a full-service facility! To be blunt, I do not like dentists, maybe to the point of absolute resentment...Blame my history...Because of a long held dramatic childhood experience, dentists have never been a favorite of mine, and to some extent other members of my family... However, after much persuasion, I visited Dr. Williams for a thorough checkup and was pleasantly surprised from the moment we entered the office. Dr. Chandra's staff are some of the most understanding and courteous I have ever encountered. They immediately recognized that this was not my favorite place and from the initial consultation to the first examination, everyone did what ever they could to calm my fears, and created an environment of confidence....including piping some of my favorite jazz artists into the examination rooms for me. It culminated with a personal one-on-one with Dr. Williams who wanted to understand my fears and their history. I am now at the half way mark of my first year with her and while the idea of visiting a dentist will probably never be high on my list of adventures, her kindness, patience, and understanding has made the visit far more pleasant and comfortable than I had originally imagined. She is a very competent, skilled, professional dentist, with an excellent staff. If it were not for her being the kind person that she is, both as professional and as a person, I would still be avoiding dentists when ever I could. She is now my dentist and my family's dentist. I was really looking forward to coming to the dentist this morning which is March 5 the young lady decide to call me and tell me that I will have to bring $105 at the last minute poor reception this

I wouldn’t even give this practice a one star, but that’s my only choice. Her staff that handles billing has no clue what they are doing. Prior to my appointment in summer 2016, they called to give me the balance I owed to have some work done. They called me two days before my appointment to tell me. So, I paid that amount at the appointment. In May 2018, they called me to let me know that I had a balance of $250 that needed to be paid.. ummm... NO ma’am!! Do not call me two years later about a balance from work completed in 2016. I understand they receive an estimate for the work. However, there should NOT be a $250 difference in estimate! You need a new person in billing, or he/she needs to go back to school! Stay FAR AWAY from this practice!! I wouldn’t even give this practice a one star, but that’s my only choice. Great experiences ~ I have been with Dr Williams for a year now. The staff is very professional and Dr. Williams' office is *upfront* about all! I visited on Feb. 26, 2018 as a new patient. Very nice office decor and if you are Bible and scriptures inclined. The staff is well groomed, With a friendly and personable attitude, But very professional attention. I returned the following day for an oral exams and ex-rays and treatment plans. As an out of pocket patient, I paid for my upcoming treatments via credit card. My fees were high due to years of dental nelect.., However I left the office with 2 prescriptions and treatment plan.

First impressions are a tell tell sign of what's to come. I called to become a new patient the representative took all my info and said she'll call me back with a date for the appointment once she contact the insurance company for coverage. This was on a Monday...... I called back on Thursday spoke with "Office Manager" he apologized for the other representative. He said the office was close on Tuesday & Wednesday. He promise to call me back by EOD Thursday. Today is Monday still no call

Be sure to watch your billing this dental office is all about money not patient care! This office is not military friendly! They are not in network with metlife active duty family members.

All details of the work to be done were thoroughly explained, showing me via x-ray areas of concern and she detailed the treatment priority. I've been a patient with Dr Williams over 6years. My first visit to her office I knew I had chosen the right Dentist as she had biblical scriptures on ALL her walls. Her office staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional. Dr Williams has a GREAT personality!! I consider her a friend. She has even opened her office early to accommodate the needs of my 15yr old who needed oral surgery before her braces could be removed. I have used Mz. Chandra Williams', DMD's, service on several occasions for a number of procedures: cleaning, root canal, caps, partial dentures, caries, and more. I am a professional (engineering) and recognize a well skilled, highly trained, organized person when I see one, and I took time to learn even more. While the rates she charges may be higher than some, she is well learned, and takes utmost care to ensure the patient's comfort and care, and will go the extra length for you. She "follows the book" rigorously and strictly, which can be a plus or a minus, depending on how you look at it. She is very careful and concerned that you, her patient, experiences no pain. She even swabs with lidocaine prior to an injection, and is careful to wait until the patient experiences only the mildest of pinpricks. She's the dentist you WANT to go to if you are scared of pain. You can trust me on that. She keeps her staff competent, and rotating, though she seems to go through quite a number of assistants. Most seem to be in some kind of learning program, and Chandra is quick to share her knowledge. Last I saw she was staying in constant communication with all her staff via a Bluetooth connection, and is well aware of everything in her office. She is highly professional, and IMO highly trained, and learning some more, and seems to stay a bit on the cutting edge of technology. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a professional dentist who is concerned for their care, and who will set them on a lifetime path to dental health, should they wish to choose that route. Was thank for, what kind of insurance she take

First time I had an appointment, I walked in the office and they could not see me and had to reschedule, I live about 40 mile away. They stated they tried to contact me but, I had given them the contact information the day I made the appointment. The second time I visited them I waited 30 minutes and them when they asked for a co-pay, I was going to write a check, but they would not accept it. They told me there policy after I made it to the appointment, not before or I would have had the cash

My Annual Six Month Dental Check-up and Cleaning On 29 Oct 2015 I had a great experience with my Hygienist Michelle. Great conversation while preparing for X-rays and Cleaning. The staff is great and my wait was less than three minutes. I was also impressed that the data sheet was already updated and all I had to do was to initial if anything changed.

I have always had a fear of the dentist. The staff and Dr. Williams were very understanding and nurturing. They took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and provided me with professional and caring service. The office staff has a family vibe and the overall appearance of the office is soothing and calming. I left my appointment feeling like part of the family and for the first time, I am actually looking forward to my dental visits.
