I found out why it took a while to get into the office as a new patient. I was very impressed. When doctors say they need your old records it makes you wonder why because they never know anything about you when they have them. My first appointment I was very impressed. They knew my history and I only had to fill in a couple blanks. The staff were very friendly and caring. From offering of coffee or water from the very sweet young lady at check in to the nurse who was very thorough and when the doctor came in I knew she had spoken with the nurse because she knew what I told her. She was very kind and talked to me, not at me. She explained everything where I could understand and gave me specific instructions. I am so grateful that we found Dr. Sharma. When I had to call back a few days later, a nurse called me back later that same day. I didn't have to wait 2-3 days like normal doctors offices.

Very hard to get in contact with the office. If you can get in touch with them when you are sick or need something then they're really great to help.
