Initially, I was impressed with the office as they contacted my insurance prior to my appointment to ensure coverage for allergy testing. They gave me the billing codes to verify any further questions with my insurance. After my appointment, I was also billed for pulmonary function testing that was not covered under insurance. I wish they would have been transparent with what they consider additional services prior to providing/charging for them. Very misleading and disappointing for SLHS

I would recommend anyone with allergies to Dr. Guss! She saved me! I was at the point where I couldn't even go outside anymore without my eyes almost swelling shut. Now I can enjoy my garden! P.S. Her and her staff are friendly and always concerned about how I'm doing.
