Front desk girl, Sidney was extremely rude. I waited almost three weeks for my initial appointment, I had some insurance questions that she obviously didn't have an answer to. Her tone and mannerism was uncalled for. I walked away without seeing Dr.Stephen, I have several health issues and I knew it would take several visits to his office, I couldn't imagine having to deal with Sidney’s demeanor in every visit. Dr. Stephens is a knowledgeable man. He was polite and explained my diagnosis with every detail. He also did a procedure to my left knee and I feel wonderful. However, I will take my business elsewhere for my right knee. His front desk girl, Sydney is rude. When I asked her to explain how my insurance payments were applied towards my balance, she told me in a very demeaning tone that If I didn’t understand, I needed to contact my insurance, that she didn't have the time, not the patience. I'm shocked by several of the low ratings. Both my wife and I have been treated by Dr Stephens for several years for chronic pain conditions. He is very good at communicating with us. And his staff is better than any of my other doctors staffs. Dr Stephens is proficient at cutting edge therapies such as injections and ablations and he is good about prescribing meds when needed.

He inappropriately touched me.

This Dr only cares about money. I was not a person, only a number. Trust me, after a year, you will see... don't waste your time.

Anyone, who has been in the military, or retired from the military , knows that Tri-Care will be your insurance company. You either have Tricare Prime or Tricare Standard. You also know, that before you leave the military, you go thru out-processing . That is when you discuss all your insurance do's and don'ts. I have the best relationship with D . Stephens and his staff. My doctor, makes sure that I am well informed about any treatment and the procedures that I might have or need. I am shocked, that clients of Tri-Care, are blaming the doctor, and his staff for not receiving the treatment that you think you deserve or need. Everyone knows, that insurance company call the shots. You can be receiving the best care possible, and at the last minute. Tri-Care can pull the plug on a procedure. It's not the doctors fault. It's not the staff's fault. The fault is at Tri-Care 's feet. Tri-Care has the LAST SAY.. It is hard enough to find a good doctor, it is even harder to find a great doctor. I am grateful that I have Dr. Stephens and his staff. They are some of the best staff I have ever seen. I have dealt with alot of sports Doctors on pain and jiont issue from sports injuries in my life . I found Dr. Stephens to on time , examination was every good . Every detailed . I appreciated the fact that he was every professional as well as his staff . Highly recommend them .

Dr. Stephens has always taken the time to help with my chronic pain and Neuropathy. He doesn’t just fill my prescription and send me on my way. My doctor has been working on getting the most benefit out of my nerve stimulator so that I can continue to reduce the amount of pain meds needed and I am thankful for that.

I have had back pain for 30 years. It got so bad about 3 years ago I had to give up my love of golf. For about 8 years I went to another Facility and had injections. They actually worked for a while, then I had ablations along with physical therapy. The place was really a nightmare to deal with. You never saw a Dr. except for your procedure. Always saw a PA. If you wanted to see a Surgeon, that was another visit. I was basically told they really could not do much more for me. After another couple of rounds of injections, that did absolutely nothing, I started to look for a new place. I decided on Dr. Stephens at Noble Ortho and Pain Management. He does the appointment and the procedure. Everything is professional and organized. He gave me hope and that is all I could ask for. We decided on trying to get rid of the pain permanently and while skeptical, I agreed to try a fairly new procedure. It required two incisions in my back, so recovery was about 2 weeks. I started walking again after the two weeks and as my life goes, my back did not bother me at all, however, my hips were on fire after a few hundred yards. Made an appointment, got an MRI and now going in for another procedure to deal with the bi-lateral hip pain. I believe the hip pain was always there, I just assumed it was my part of the back pain. I am optimistic and the best part so far is I do not require any Medications, which I used heavily for years. I am very happy with Dr. Stephens. I am not a young man, so not expecting miracles, but my back pain is only 10% ( some days 0 pain) of what it use to be and if I get good results from the hip procedure, I may actually play golf again. I really like Dr. Stephens let's fix it attitude. I only have one negative and that is the long travel distance to the facilities where he performs the procedures. I am single, so finding someone to take me and pick me up is difficult. The facilities will not allow Uber to take you home. I can however take Uber to the facility, but have to have someone retrieve me. However, this is not a game changer considering the results and professional care I receive. If you have back or joint pain and not getting results, then I highly recommend you talk with Dr. Stephens. I have had back pain for 30 years. Idk why my original review from earlier this year was not posted. When i went to leave second review from my most recent experience it was still there so i copy and pasted and completed my review of yesterday’s service. And here’s my review from earlier this year: I was referred to Dr Stevens by another amazing Doctor: Dr Tim Chapman of Texas Sports and Spine after therapy wasn’t completely alleviating my symptoms. I actually got a new patient appointment very quick! The check in process was also quick and office staff was very pleasant to work with. I didn’t have to wait long for Dr Chad and he was so engaged, knowledgeable and set me at ease with his recommendation of injections. I am able to get the help I need quickly and so far his coordinators have also been very diligent in helping with insurance, prior authorizations etc! Dr. Stephens and his staff are exceptional. I started seeing Dr. Stephens after a bad experience with another doctor. I was impressed with my first appointment with. Dr. Stephens, he knew my medical history and was ready to jump into a treatment plan.

Dr. Stephens is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. He not only does pain management but also sports medicine. One of his primary goals is to get everyone back to an active lifestyle. Makes you book several appointments for the same issue and still not fix the problem. What a waste of time and money to have to end up going to another Dr in the end. I would give a 5 if the treatment facilities for injections, etc, that Dr Stephens uses were closer. Needs to be in addition to Ft Worth somewhere in the Keller Southlake area also.

He has gone far beyond his duties to try and get the help I need and isn't done yet. I would have given him a 5 but we haven't got the desired results needed to ease my pain. Thank you Dr Stephens.
