I called for a new patient appointment and got scheduled. They call me and have a voicemail saying they need to reschedule. I call back and they have no idea who I am, they tell me they never reschedule new patients, and they are not taking any more new patients. Don't waste your time with them.

LIked him, attentive, seemed knowledgeable, easy to understand and communicate with.

Terrible clinician. No clinical acumen when diagnosing a medical problem.

They have been my PCP for years and always been super.

Try to get a covid test but you have to be a patient of his to get a covid test, I mean you think that a doctor that's actually carrying would care enough about people in general to help out with the Covid test!!

Been seeing this guy because our other (100% better) doctor left. Had to threaten him to get our meds in timely {& legal} manor. Been out of a med that if withheld, causes seizures & death for a day already. Been on itfor 20 years, NEVER abused. Call his office and asked if I could get enough till Saturday..got NOTHING. I called this office to find out if they could administer my weekly allergy shot (my allergist is in Johnson City TN and I was driving back and forth weekly). I was told yes and I would have to establish as a patient (what that meant was not explained--see below what that means). During the intake by the nurse, I provided all my medical doctors' (3) information and again stated I just needed to receive local allergy shots. I was told again I could receive them at this office. At the conclusion of the intake, someone (not the same person who took the information) came in and asked me who my primary care doctor was--I stated either the JC PA or the Urgent Care walkin. An hour after leaving the office, I received a voicemail stating the office manager said I would need to become a patient which the caller explained as transfer all medical information (3 doctors!) my quarterly lab work currently being ordered by the JC PA, my yearly exam, etc., to this office! So I would have to quit receiving the care from my current providers (or double bill BCBS)!! AND I would not be receiving the same care because this office does not perform the same specific service as my JC PA. Needless to say if "establishing as a patient" had been better explained to me, I would never have spent $30, an hour of my time, AND BCBS would never have paid this office $125.14 for a one-time visit for an allergy shot ($155.14 is what they received for these shots which are normally billed at $40)! Save yourself the trouble and go to CELO Health Center--as of this date they have 4 stars out of 19 reviews (vs this places 3 stars out of 8 reviews). Professional service. Always able to get me in for an appointment with my hectic schedule. Highly recommend.

Great doctor and practice for whole family

Great family doctor Highly recommend.

My Husband works for the local Police Department. He had something going on and ended up in the hospital. With everything that happened I totally forgot to cancel my son's check up. I was informed today since he was a no call, no show even though this was the FIRST time that he would be removed from the practice. I explained to them what happened with my husband and apologized for it slipping my mind due to circumstances. They said they understood but obviously they do not. He was still removed from the practice due to "policy". So our entire family will now no longer be giving them business. Their lack of empathy is appalling. Disappointed. As a practicing RN for 23 years I found him to be condescending towards me explaining my husband's health issues as my husband has speech problems.

Missed a major health issue that another doctor noticed immediately. Never physically examined me - just sat and talk - and dismissed my concerns, questions and past history.
